Jose is a great guy! First, he did an amazing job fixing my neighbor's dent, which was pretty bad. My neighbor said they can't even tell there was a dent and chip there before. For my car, there is a tiny ding on the right rear fender. I got a few quotes before going with Jose, but his price was the lowest. He came out and let me know exactly what needed to be done to access the dent and pop it out. Since it involved opening panels and removing the rear taillight, I decided not to proceed with the repair. Jose couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about this. He didn't even charge me for coming out, and didn't seem disappointed at all about me not proceeding. This is the true mark of a great businessman who understands customer service! He also gave me a referral for someone to help do some touch-up paint work for a couple chips in my hood.
