Called me 5 days later asking if the envelope was still ready to be picked up. Whatever they did to outsource and save money has been a disaster. But they did charge my card. Bad bad bad

Fleetfoot is the preferred messenger service of my ex-employer and they really do a great job. The…read moredudes weren't always super friendly and often smelled pretty bad, but they were always on time and never (in my recollection) screwed up a delivery. A couple times I had questions about charges on the invoice and the accounting guy was quick to sort things out. The phone dispatchers are way nicer than, say, the average person you talk to when calling a cab. Fleetfoot serves the greater Seattle area by bike, car and truck. Many delivery options available including same day, 2 hour, and Rush. Reasonable charges; you can set up an account or make it a one time deal; they accept cash, card, or check. I think they can actually deliver anywhere in the state, just not in one hour! Orders can be placed ahead of time or as needed. They will deliver just about anything (including sealed alcoholic beverages) except meals, hazardous/illegal materials, precious gems and framed artwork. Regular hours of operation are M - F 7:30am - 5:30pm but after hours deliveries can be arranged. Some of my fondest memories of having an office job are from watching the punk bike messengers and suit - clad businessmen eyeing each other warily in the elevator . Good times. These guys are probably more honest than your average businessman, so for all your courier needs I highly recommend Fleetfoot.

We were asked twice if we needed help so customer service is still pretty great at his location, theyre nice and helpful here! Anyway, 2 weeks with the chair and it is comfortable! I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Staples Evergreen location in Everett…read more UPS notified me that an important package was being held at this store for pickup. When I arrived, I showed the tracking information confirming it had been delivered there. The manager briefly looked for the package and immediately told me it wasn't there. I explained that it may have been misplaced or mixed in with other packages, but she repeatedly insisted it wasn't at the store and made no apparent effort to investigate further. Since I urgently needed the package, I drove to the UPS facility and was fortunate enough to speak with the driver who had delivered it. He even showed me confirmation that the package had been dropped off at this Staples location earlier that day. I returned to the store with this information, but the manager still insisted the package wasn't there. Eventually, after being told I could look myself, I checked the Amazon drop-off area and found my package there. Not only had it been misplaced, but the package was already opened. What bothered me most wasn't the mistake itself--people make mistakes. It was the complete lack of effort to help, the dismissive attitude, and the refusal to acknowledge that the package might have been misplaced despite clear evidence that it had been delivered. Even after the package was found, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, I was told to leave the store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope Staples management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Hello, I've had wonderful experiences with FedEx nearly every time.! I missed a delivery and needed…read moreto look up the address to pick up the package and noticed they have very bad reviews. This really surprised me as I ship very expensive, non-replaceable items many times every month AND I NEVER HAVE HAD AN ISSUE! Thank-you FEDEX and all your hard workers for always doing such a great job! I always ship my packages 2nd day w/ signature and insure it for its value up to 3000.00 dollars. If it's over 3k I feel like it makes the package very tempting for theft so I never show its value over 3 thousand. I may be crazy but I believe the 2nd day insured shipments get special treatment. I've used this strategy from day 1 and as I stated before, I've never had an issue!! I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank FedEx for all the successful deliveries! Keep up the great work! From what I've been hearing in our community FedEx is quickly becoming the standard in hi-end shipping! Thanks again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single time I see that a package is being shipped…read morethrough FedEx, I brace myself for problems -- and like clockwork, they never fail to disappoint. Their delivery drivers repeatedly mark packages as "delivery attempted" without ever trying -- no knock, no call, no ring at the callbox, nothing. I've been home all day waiting for deliveries only to find a "missed delivery" slip on my door. My apartment complex even allows drivers to leave packages at the front office or get lobby access to deliver directly to units, yet FedEx consistently ignores these options. It's painfully obvious that many of their drivers just don't bother to attempt delivery when they're behind schedule -- they'd rather click a button and move on. I've contacted FedEx multiple times, and while customer service agents are polite, nothing changes. Meanwhile, UPS and even USPS manage to deliver to the exact same location without any issue -- every single time. At this point, FedEx is the definition of unreliability. If you want your packages delayed, lost, or falsely marked as undeliverable, use FedEx. If you actually want your items delivered, go with UPS or anyone else.
