OMG, I CANNOT STATE ENOUGH what a gem this guy and his business is!!!…read more Dummy me dropped my phone today, no visible damage except for a crack in the backplate, but it worked fine. By 10pm I noticed that the phone wouldn't charge anymore, not through wire, not through wireless charging. I am a business owner and I need my phone all the time, so I was pretty freaked out. We looked around and found this guy, iDriveToYouFixIt, apparently open until 11pm. On a FRIDAY NIGHT, at 10.30pm, this guy drove across two neighborhoods to meet me at my house. Grabs my phone and goes to his car, opens and diagnoses it on the spot, comes back and let's me know that just a little contact to the battery had fallen off. Not a broken battery or charging port or anything worse as I feared, but just this little thing. So he goes and fixes that right there, clears out some gunk around the front camera (that had apparently built up from a previous front glass repair at a crappy repair shop), cleans up the charging port while he's at it, and replaces the back plate with a brand new one, all within 45 minutes - and hands me back a fully functioning, in fact improved phone and then charges Uber Reasonably!! Instant fat tip, instant mega appreciation, and 5 star review. I couldn't tip as much as I wanted but trust me, I'll leave 5 star reviews everywhere and drum up his business as much as I can and make all my friends and family use his service, he deserves it. What an amazing service. And on top of it all - he is THE NICEST GUY! Friendly, kind, humble, and moreover, super competent. I cannot praise him enough. If you have an issue with your phone, please use him. Thank you for your amazing service, Kendall (I hope I didn't butcher your name!) Bextewarî û serkeftinê ji we re dixwazim.

DO NOT GET A REPAIR HERE! 0 STARS…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Phone Guys in Everett. I cracked the screen on my iPhone 16, which had absolutely zero issues before the repair. I had used third-party repair shops for previous iPhones without a problem, so I assumed spending $200 to replace the screen here would be perfectly fine. I was very wrong. I went in on a Sunday and paid $200 for the screen repair. That night, everything seemed fine. Then the problems started the very next day. My screen began randomly turning bright purple, yellow, and green**, almost like there was a filter over the entire display. The phone also started ghost-touching, typing things on its own, and randomly turning itself off. Again, I had none of these problems whatsoever before The Phone Guys worked on my phone. By Wednesday morning, the screen wouldn't even turn on. The phone would vibrate and make notification sounds, but the display was completely black. I brought it back to The Phone Guys, and they supposedly "fixed it." I went about my day, only for the phone to completely shut off again that same Wednesday night. I went back Thursday. Same issue. I went back again Friday. Same issue. At this point, I was incredibly frustrated. The employee who was dealing with my phone did not seem to have a clear explanation for what was happening. Initially, I was told they would order another screen at no charge, but the conversation then shifted toward suggesting that I had somehow caused the problems myself. I was told my phone had "bad software," despite the fact that the phone had worked perfectly until immediately after their screen repair. What made this experience even more upsetting was the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging that something could have gone wrong during the repair, I felt like the responsibility was being pushed back onto me. I was also told to lie to Apple and tell them that I had not received service from a third-party repair shop. That was extremely concerning and completely unacceptable to me. I eventually went to Apple because I needed a functioning phone. Apple was able to repair it, but it cost me another $300. So I am now out $500 total because I needed a cracked screen repaired. I returned to The Phone Guys again on Sunday with my receipts and documentation showing what happened. I asked them to compensate me for the additional cost I incurred after their repair. They refused, saying they needed the original screen -- which Apple had already disposed of. I understand that things can go wrong with electronics. What I cannot accept is paying $200 for a repair, immediately developing serious problems that did not exist beforehand, repeatedly returning to the same shop for help, and then being told that the problem was somehow my fault -- followed by a refusal to take responsibility for the additional $300 I had to spend getting my phone working again. If you need your iPhone repaired, I strongly recommend considering Apple directly rather than taking the risk I did. Saving money on the initial repair was absolutely not worth it in my experience. The entire situation has been incredibly frustrating, expensive, and upsetting. I feel like I paid this business to fix my phone and instead ended up paying $500 to deal with the consequences. The Phone Guys- if you are reading this, I would still like to be compensated for the additional $300 I had to spend.
