I am honestly quite surprised at the negative reviews that I am seeing here. I have been going to this establishment for the past two years and have received nothing but the best service ever! The pedicure was great and turned out perfect but the service on the other had was less then good. I don't think the lady doing my nail said more than 5 words to me (granted I didn't talk to her either) but as soon as it came time to paint my nails my lady got up and walked away. Another girl had to come over and finish the service cause my girl was sitting on the couches in the waiting area. Over all I'm happy with my nails and might come again but as a cosmetology/ nail student you are taught to finish a service no matter what! If she can't paint nails she shouldn't work in a nail spa. But I guess that's just my opinion. Quick update: about a month after I left this salon I started to get ingrown toenails and had to get them professionally removed. I've never had ingrown nails before this and so far I haven't had any after. read more

I was traveling for work and saw this nail salon near my hotel and decided to try it out. They wouldn't do my hands and nails at the same time even though people were available. The nail tech sat me down and grabbed the foil from her drawer to remove my gel nail polish. The foil looked used and crumpled and a sunflower shell fell out of the foil. She was not fazed by it and left it there. It also does not look like they sanitize anything. She grabbed the tools from her drawer and they were not sealed. How can I trust that they went through any sanitation process? Later they relocated me to get my pedicure done and again the tools came out of a random drawer. At one point the owner grabbed a random used tool from where another client was sitting and used it on my toes. It was disgusting! I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and the sink was also very dirty! Do not come to this place unless you want to get an infection! They do not have basic sanitation etiquette. I get my nails done every two weeks in CA so I know what to expect. All tools are properly sanitized and come out in a sealed package. I have never seen a place like this before! Your response is not accurate as I never tried using a debit card and I only had cash on me at the time. You also did not stay late to accommodate me as I was there few hours before closing. If you have it "all on camera" which I know is a lie then you'd see your employee use a dirty tool on me and you would see the sunflower seed that fell out of the foil. Instead of apologizing to your clients for bad service you seem very much defensive. read more

Moved in this area and have been looking for a nail salon. First time here and the customer service was nice but the way they do nails I did not like. I felt really rushed. Usually it takes about an hour or so to get my nails done, I was done in 30 min. They are expensive for what you get, 4 days later two of my nails just fell off and look horrible. I called them to have them fix it and she said I'd have to pay. I don't recommend anyone going here bc it's a rip off and there product is cheap!!!! read more

I came into here not with high expectations after seeing how it looked. It doesn't give off a great impression, it just looks dirty and run down. But I let it go as I needed to get a quick pedicure and run back home to my newborn. I had an older man doing my pedicure and it wasn't good. I asked to get my callus removed and was okay with paying $5 more but my feet were still super rough, if anything more rough than when I first walked in. I've never had that issue after getting other pedicures. Even when I went home my boyfriend commented on how they didn't feel smooth like "they normally do". He was hurting me so bad while doing the massage and digging his long nails into my feet, I wanted to cry. I didn't say anything in that moment because he didn't speak English and I didn't want to be rude. Before he was about to put on the polish, I called the owner over and asked her if she could fix some spots on my toes where he missed and clean them better, which she did. The only issue with that is she used a tool that was already used.... not the one the man was using on me. He even gestured and said something to her and she eventually switched to the tool that was supposed to be used. Now I'm extremely grossed out and worried I might get an infection. For a pricey pedicure I would at least hope that my feet would come out decent but I'm so disappointed. I guess I should've asked around before coming because I got a lot of bad reviews from locals who said they wouldn't ever recommend this place to me. read more

They did a good job and are very nice but are overpriced. Most places charge $25 for an acrylic fill with gel polish but they charge $32, plus if you want to have your nail shape redefined a bit they want to charge an extra $5. They say they only take debit and cash to pass the savings to the customer but they are higher priced than places that take credit cards. Will likely not return. Update: I had multiple nails pop off many times and when I had them filled at my normal place it took about 40 minutes longer than normal because they had to clean up the mess this place made of my nails. Will not go back and I would not recommend to anyone. read more

My boyfriend and I went there for the first time to get my nails done and the lady that did my nails cut into my skin when she was buffing my nails. She was rushing and saw that my fingers were shaking because of the cut. Also. I only got acrylic gel and in the end I paid 55 dollars. I dont get why it was so overpriced other places are cheaper . Nice lady. Good service but.... my lashes are short from growing back from chemo. I was upfront about it. My extentions did not even last a week. They look horrible and I was told I must rub my eyes, or pull my eye lashes or sleep face down. None to any of them. I was told I could pay $40.00 for a fill. Because they are so close to home, it was nice to run and get my nails done. I was going to Tony for my nails and everything was perfect until my last visit. I made an appointment with the young lady that answers the phone, when I arrived Tony was watching TV in the lobby area and the other guy was like can I help you? I said I'm Tony's appointment and Tony looked viably annoyed. I sat down and he was NOT gentle. I had to have nails taken off and he HURT me...and when I said hold on, he became rude and literally snatched my hand back, of course I pulled my hand back, but I was seething. Best salon I have been to. Ask for Brandon or Thuy. They can do coffin and almond shape better than any salon I have been to. And they both can do all the design I bring in that I think is cute too. I haven't done the lashes yet but all the girl I see that do them from Thuy look so beautiful and they told me she is the best and very fast. I really love coming to this salon. Nails came out okay but when she got to my right hand, the coffin shape was coming out cricked. I was going to let it slide til she got to my thumb. The shape was way off & you could see the corner of my actual nail. I showed her multiple times & she had many excuses to not fix it & that it was my nail/bone that was cricked. When she first started on my nails, I had let her know she can take her time. Especially because I was the only customer in the salon & I'd like them to look nice. After she was done, I wasn't satisfied. I then was told they only take cash & to use their atm in the salon with no charge, to later find on my card the atm charged me $1.50. When I paid, I told her I wanted my cash back because she wouldn't fix my thumbnail. I found it rude when she wouldn't give me my cash back after she kept trying to explain herself as we stood by the door. I then took my money from her & left. When I got in my car, I noticed she followed out to my car & told me to come inside so she can fix it. That was uncomfortable but went back in to get it fixed because how much I paid for them to be done. When she was taking the first mail off, she held the sander in that corner for a moment til I couldn't resist & pulled back. She was burning me. I told her it hurt as I was looking at the hole & she said "Oh, sorry. It's because it's a new nail." She redid my nail & it came out way better. Longer then my other thumbnail but didn't complain because she then again didn't take her time & her husband sat right by us with another customer & kept making comments & asking questions about me when he could've just asked me. I found it rude. We didn't have to go through all that just for her to fix my one nail. If I'm paying $55 dollars to get them done, I'd like them done right. read more

I always just give him a basic idea of what I want and he does the rest with amazing expertise. I have been here quite a few times, and at first loved it, but I do have a few complaints. The wife is very nice, but often times rushes her work, and is always pushing gel products on customers. If a customer says they don't want gel, there is no need to ask 3 more times. The husband seems to be in a very angry mood every time I have been there. The pricing was not great, a bit high. Very polite, talkative and social. It was a nice relaxing experience. They were quick and attentive - they weren't chit-chatting with each other. I like that they use cotton wraps to remove gel polish rather than dunk the whole hand in acetone for 10 minutes - this is the first place I've been to that does that. They were great and my manicure looks great - nice and smooth gel polish - no pooling or glumps. They are reasonably priced and the place looks bright and clean.
