The moment the technician left, the light was broken.When I called, they immediately denied responsibility and claimed it "might not have been working" before--flat out ignoring that I was there the night before using it. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to quote me an additional $2,800 to fix what their own technician just broke.What followed was a painful 6-week ordeal of poor customer service and constant lies.
