I love the set up and how easily it was to view all of their succulents. I love that they have classes and do private parties. Everyone I came in contact with there was super nice and knowledgeable about the different kinds of succulents and where they would grow best , how big they would get and the overall maintenance of all the plants. The prices were really reasonable. At first, I was just going to look, but then seven plans later, I came to the conclusion that I was actually there to shop. I haven't really don't yoga before so I was a bit nervous. What really peaked my interest were the different yoga classes she offers once a month. I have been to yoga classes before but never an aerial yoga class! A hybrid mix of yoga with aerial hammocks? SO COOL! No matter your flexibility level or prior yoga experience, this place is good for all skill levels. The instructor explains and demonstrates things clearly. With soothing music playing, this was an experience that allows for experimenting at your own comfort level. Time flew by so fast! Phones were not allowed in the room but the instructor takes pictures (with your signed permission) and sends them to you afterwards. She even gave us chocolate strawberries at the end of the session which was such a sweet surprise!!! Laying in savasana in the hammock alone was enough for 5 stars for me. They also offer a variety of classes from barre/mat yoga, prenatal yoga, aerial yoga, and even goat yoga!!! HIGHLY recommend this place to try out with friends or even to try something out by yourself.

The concept he explained to me is the following. Think of it as a gym membership but for art. You pay a monthly fee, come up with what you want to learn and bring your materials. There are great teachers to guide you and certify you at just about anything. They have a glass blowing, clay, woodwork and even a 3D printer. It was impressive that everyone we met there somehow chips in to help with the training of your art production of choice and once you are certified, you are able to use the machines with minimal supervision. As a first-time parent enrolling a child in swimming lessons, I expected clear guidance and basic support. Unfortunately, very little was explained on my child's first day, and when I sought clarification, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. One staff member, Eileen, came across as sarcastic when answering questions and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her simply by seeking information that should have been provided from the outset. Another incident was with a younger staff member at the front desk that appeared disengaged and does not care about what's going on around her, often ignoring customers who were trying to get assistance. On more than one occasion, she rolled her eyes when people attempted to get her attention, which I found highly unprofessional and discourteous. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. The contrast between the welcoming attitude shown during enrollment and the treatment received afterward was striking. Based on my experience, the staff's lack of communication, attentiveness, and professionalism significantly detracted from what should have been a positive experience.
