I lost confidence in him after about 5 minutes and he finally admitted he had no clue.After looking at YouTube, I discovered there were several courses of action he could have taken. He made some suggestions but said he didn't know if they would do any good. Based on his lack of knowledge we decided to take no action. Before he left I asked him if he could turn the w h temp down and said he would have to go down to his truck to get a screw driver( we are in a high rise) I was surprised he would make a service call without tools.
