I was also away from the property for an entire week during that time. Based on the actual usage, there is serious reason to question whether the tank was properly emptied at all. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I called six times today and once the night before, and every call went to an answering service. Not one call has been returned. A reputable company addresses customer concerns, especially when questions arise immediately after service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor communication, questionable service, and zero accountability. Do your research before hiring them.... I would give them a -5

From previous review resulting Heburt Plumbing calling me and stating that Plumbing was cut and the…read morewarranty company had mislead me about pipes. Obviously First American Home warranty should take some of the blame. Plumber offered to come fix issue with Plumbing, but I have a different contractor on job at this point who warranty company reassigned. I had to purchase the parts and new contractor is installing them. Seems that warranty company thought they would buy out coverage for three times less than parts cost. Both contractors stated they are doing labor for free. I just want my issue fixed. Issue Winds up costing me $95 service fee and parts at $271. This total $366 plus the annual fee of having home warranty that i have only used once this yearly cycle witch end next month. I definitely will not be renewing membership agian for sure! Bottom line Heburt Plumbing didn't communicate with me and warranty company misleading information to Heburt Plumbing saying job was a pay out was the problem. ​
