I ended up purchasing my first ever brand new car, and it was not nearly as intimidating as anticipated because of her help. The attendant that test drove the cars with me, Moody, was also so great and welcoming! He was so well versed on the vehicle features that I wouldn't have even known it was only his first month at the dealership. I had a very painless experience, and will definitely be sending anyone I can their way :)

I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past 3 years and had planned to continue…read moredoing business with them, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I was considering a used Malibu and paid for an independent pre-purchase inspection. The independent GM specialist found an oil leak/seep, documented it with photos, and provided a written repair estimate. They also noted damage to a tire and rims. When I brought the findings to the dealership, their service department disagreed with the inspection and said they did not see a leak. My concern is not that a used car had some issues. That's exactly why I paid for an independent inspection. My concern is that issues identified by an outside specialist were apparently missed during the dealership's own inspection, and then the validity of the independent inspection was questioned rather than the concerns being meaningfully addressed. And no, offering to sell me an extended warranty for a pre-existing condition that may or may not be covered is not meaningfully addressing the issue. They weren't even willing to send me a copy of their 6 month, 6,000 miles power train included coverage so that I could make sure this would be covered. At this point, I no longer have confidence that I can rely on their service department to identify problems before a vehicle is offered for sale OR to accurately diagnose an issue I may have with my current vehicle. Bottom line.. 1) THIS is why women have trust issues when dealing with car dealerships. 2) Make sure you get every used car independently inspected so you don't end up with a $2000 repair that they missed... because they sure aren't going to take accountability after the fact. Because of that, I won't be purchasing another vehicle here and will also be taking my current Hyundais elsewhere for service. I do want to make clear that the salesman I worked with (Ira) was nothing but cordial and professional throughout. My disappointment is solely with the dealership and how the inspection findings were handled.
