I noticed some sunken spots in the driveway and called Moderna a week ago to see about repairs. An answering service picked up during regular business hours and I left a message for them to call me. No one bothered to call back. I'm disappointed in the fact that the driveway has sunk in spots and more so that the company couldn't even return the call. Follow up is just as important as the main job at least to me it is. I have another company coming out to give me a repair estimate. Update: I am upgrading my review as the issue was a communication issue through a third party. Justin was willing to come out and do the repair with no hesitation. Just about every contractor out there is backed up with projects due to COVID and Moderna was no different so to leave the poor review was not appropriate since it was a poor communication issue.
