I told him what my priorities were, my out the door price, and went for a test drive. He explained all the features, let me ask a million questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The color I wanted wasn't at this location. They got it from Orlando within 2 days, tinted the windows and today I'm driving home in a shiny, beautiful, new 4 wheel dream. Service: Very inconsistent, I either have a great experience…read moreor a real bad experience. My worst experience was dropping my car off for a warranty issue before the holidays and no one communicating with me that the parts weren't available and they had to order them and they kept my car over the holidays so I was left without my car. Found out the service adviser closed my ticket liked I picked up the car. When I called to complain the person I spoke with didn't even know my car was still there. When I picked it up and complained I was basically given the excuse that they were light staffed because of the holiday and I shouldn't even have scheduled service during that time. Other times I've gone in for oil changes I'm greeted with friendly advisers, they are quick and wash my car. Sales: I haven't bought a car from here and don't know if I would. I simply favorited a car on their website because I was considering upgrading my car and they have done nothing but blow up my phone with calls, text and emails. Sending me quotes on a car I hadn't even seen yet. Regularly asking what time do I want to come in and make a deal. I replied to one sales manager's email saying that I simply favorited a car on the website and was casually looking and would let them know if I was interested. He thanked me for the feedback however the texts and calls didn't stop from the sales rep. I don't like pushy salespeople. I work in sales and would never harass a customer in such a way. I've been going here for about 2 years because it's the only dealership close to home but I'm strongly considering going elsewhere especially if I decide to buy a new vehicle.
