The crew was awesome, giving me the lowdown on what we should get. My wife went with the Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork. The one bite she let me in on was good. I am a Brisket man, so I got lucky that the found the last of what they had. It was under the 9 oz that that typically serve so they threw in a side of Pulled Pork. The brisket was solid and the sandwich was old school, with two pieces of white bread to complement the Brisket. My only major disappointment was that they were out of the peach cobbler, which probably just meant it is good.

This kind gentleman was more than willing to accommodate us. We got so much great food for a very reasonable price. We had rib tips, delicious Mac and cheese, and he even through in a tray of baked beans. So good. We had enough food for dinner and lunches for days. So worth it! He was even able to meet us with hot food even after we were way late getting to Georgia because we underestimated our trip time. Him and his wife met us at 830 at night to help us out. We happened upon this little gem while checking out the Iced and Topped Bakery Shoppe in the same strip mall. Hubby and I had already eaten lunch; however, were interested in coming back so we walked over to check out his hours. Mr. Kelley graciously answered all of our questions and let us try his brisket, BBQ ribs and alligator sausage. These were on par with the best smoked meats we've had anywhere in the United States. You would usually only expect to find smoked meats this good at a few places in the Atlanta area and in Texas. The meats were tasty and tender with a great smoke flavor being present in a big way, something you don't find at most BBQ places these days. In addition to the aforementioned meats, he smokes rabbit, chicken, etc. The game meats he smokes varies occasionally depending upon what he has available to smoke. Mr. Kelley's BBQ Food Truck can be found in the mall most days, unless he is servicing a catering event (Wedding/Birthday/Business/Celebration.) BRING CASH as he doesn't have the means to facilitate paying with credit cards with inflation rampant these days. This is a "To-Go" setup. It's such a great location as you can get phenomenal smoked BBQ and delicious dessert next door all in one quick stop (along with a hair cut, if desired).
