I had one earlier in the week and told my wife it reminded me of the quality of the tortas we used to get when we lived in Chicago. So we came back today and ordered one to go. A $9 torta to go should be ready in no more than 10 minutes. At the 15 minute mark I asked where my order was and was told it was coming up. At the 30 minute mark I asked again, and the waitress came back and said the kitchen never got my order. Ok...refund time and I'm leaving. I did get my refund pretty painlessly, but come on...how hard is it to mess up a torta to go order. Two stars because the carnicería side is ok, and most of the employees are nice.
