Contacted them via YELP to set up an appraisal for a scratched bumper on my 2021 Supra (long story). Dave got right back to me, come in any time. I showed up unannounced and we went through different scenarios from buffing it out to bumper replacement, with different price points. He was so knowledgeable explaining the different options. Made an appointment to drop off the car on Monday. Excellent communication throughout the process; they even sent me pics and videos throughout. Picked up the car Thursday. WOW! Work looked great... showroom quality. They even hand washed my car and kept it in the garage out of the rain before I picked it up. Who pays attention to details like that nowadays? I took my daughter's car to Miles as a second opinion: The first body shop we went to had said the…read moreroof had to be replaced, as it could not be repaired (during high winds, tree branches heavy enough fell onto and dented/banged up the roof). As the idea of cutting off the roof and also replacing the air bag clips as a result did not sit well with either my daughter or me, we decided to try Miles which we had used before (we had gone to the other body shop first, because it was much more convenient geographically to us; plus, it was recommended by our insurance company). I'm so glad we took it to Miles, because they were able to repair the roof and avoid messing with the airbag clips, and they did a great job. They also repaired for free (popped out) a big dent in the bumper/lower trunk area which was discovered shortly before taking it to Miles (mysterious how that dent got there) and therefore not covered under any insurance claim. That was really generous of Chris/Miles Body Shop to offer and provide this extra repair at no charge. Chris was flexible on our picking up the car and was cleaning it when we came by. They handled the insurance claim on their side as well. The car looks great, and as said before, we're so very happy to have taken the car to Miles Body Shop! (Note: Always get to Miles after turning on to Pine Ave (at the light), which the GPS might not always direct you to. Accessing it from Route 1 will get you trapped in a parking lot full of cars).

I went here because they take my insurance and they treated me very well! The woman at the front desk was so friendly, she even personally drove me to enterprise rental car so I could have a rental! She answered the phone every time I called and was wonderful at explaining the process and how long it would take. It took a full two weeks to repair my car but they did a great job. Not a dent to be seen! My license plate looks brand new - not sure if they fixed the old one or somehow got me new plates - but it looks great! (Of course I had to erase my tag number in the photo) Paid my deductible and was good to go. Got my deductible back very quickly from the person who hit me (their insurance company) so I am happy! Side note: the enterprise rental car was terrible. It smelled like cigarettes!! Not Boulevard's fault, though. I tried to get another rental car but they kept saying there were none available... So just be wary of the enterprise rent-a-car in Jessup!

He initially did body work to my car, which I was VERY happy with, but just days later, my splash shield light came on, then my check engine. I am not necessarily saying they caused this (can't confirm they didn't either, as they were the only ones who worked on my car). So I took my car back shortly after, and Eddie said he did the diagnostics for free. He then charged me for an oil change (that I didn't need at the time). I emailed Eddie asking for my diagnostic results, which he said he would get to me, but he never did. I had to take my car somewhere else, and it turned out to be a simple sensor issue that they promptly fixed, and I haven't had an issue since.

We asked for a shorter time since it was my daughter's spring break. At first they said it was ok but then they changed their mind. They insisted on a minimum of three weeks. I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.
