I went here because they take my insurance and they treated me very well! The woman at the front desk was so friendly, she even personally drove me to enterprise rental car so I could have a rental! She answered the phone every time I called and was wonderful at explaining the process and how long it would take. It took a full two weeks to repair my car but they did a great job. Not a dent to be seen! My license plate looks brand new - not sure if they fixed the old one or somehow got me new plates - but it looks great! (Of course I had to erase my tag number in the photo) Paid my deductible and was good to go. Got my deductible back very quickly from the person who hit me (their insurance company) so I am happy! Side note: the enterprise rental car was terrible. It smelled like cigarettes!! Not Boulevard's fault, though. I tried to get another rental car but they kept saying there were none available... I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)
