The staff is professional and friendly...and the waiting area on the second floor is equipped like a college dorm lounge: Big screen tv's, personal computers, nice comfortable chairs and complimentary food and drinks. The nicest and largest Lexus dealership! They have cookies, sandwiches, drinks and waiting areas with wifi. Bathrooms are immaculate. They even have a harp player sometimes. I would've given 5 starts but i have had some issues. 1) I was waiting for my car to be serviced so i sat on the stool by the food and asked the lady for a sandwich which she was giving out to everyone. But when i asked for one, she gave me some excuse that they were running low and some other BS then proceeded to give sandwiches to the family next to me. I know i look a lot younger than i really am but she thought i was some little kid looking for free food. I was even with my 9 year old at the time. This is our 4th Lexus between my boyfriend and I. Then, some other lady came by and told this lady to give me a sandwich. 2) I got a brand new IS350 and at just about 3000 miles, the check engine light came on. I called and brought the car in. they told me i needed a new transmittion. So i got the new transmittion and now my still new car isnt as quiet and smooth as a Lexus should be. 3) Brought my car in after Lexus sent out letters for people to change out the floor mats because of the pedals sticking. My car got washed and it was being brought out. The guy who was bringing my car out was whipping the car around like it was a toy and hit something scratching up my bumper, rim, and fender. Had to have the car in the shop for a few weeks to get a new paint job. Great job hiring retards who want to whip around nice cars. read more

After having my car serviced and washed (as they do as a complimentary service) I noticed that they had done a poor job with the later. My hood, side mirrors and bumber were very dirty and had plenty of bug stains left on them. As I waited for my car I stopped by their boutique to inquire about a front mesh for my IS 250. The person I spoke wit tried to contact the aftermarket vendor with no luck and told me he would call me back as soon as he heard from him. Still waiting for a reply from him. My previous maintenance I paid for when I should not have had to because I have a Car Care Plan, which I forgot to mention when I arrived at the dealership. You would think that this info would appear in their system under my account details and that someone would have pointed this out when I was about to pay. Now I have to call some 800 number to try and get a refund. This is not in line with I would expect from a Lexus dealership. read more

I was approached by a few people from JM Lexus after my poor experience and 1 star review. After explaining what happened to 2 different people I was told my Brian M - a manager that my car would be picked up from my house, a loaner dropped off and my car returned after service. A month later I called to cash in my offer and no one knew what I was talking about. I had to explain the whole situation again to 3 different people and this was very frustrating. I don't know why it wasn't in my notes that I would be having a pick up/drop off/loaner at no cost this time. I emailed Brian M but he out of town for the week and he never replied even upon his return. I guess the service was okay. My car was delivered late but since I had a loaner it was fine. I don't know if I would use JM Lexus again. I might give them one more chance and hope the wait is more manageable next time. read more

Like free massages, lunch and maybe even manicures? Sold. Lol jk, sorta? Well I came in on a Friday evening right after work.. 6:30-7? I walked around the entire floor, pass 8-10 sales people standing around talking and playing on their cellphones. So finally I went up to a sales man and said "does anyone want to sell a car?" He helped me. He was nice but definitely felt new..that's ok, as we all start new at some point. He kept talking to his manager and offered me a drink/cookies. They were unable to come close to beating Lexus of Pembroke Pines offer. So Sunday morning I drove down to pines and brought home my new 2017 is200T. Since then we've moved on to Audi, BMW and whatever else is out there... Well a bad experience with BMW led me back to Lexus where I fell in love with my current ride. I LOVE waiting here for anything. I want an excuse to wait here. So how is it that JM has managed to turn this dreaded aspect of life into an enjoyable experience? Complimentary sandwiches, bagels and beverages are only the start. Go upstairs and there's a rooftop putting green. Also upstairs, a dimmed room near the elevators, easy to miss at first but once you go get close, you will notice there are 3 state of the art full body massage chairs waiting to be used. I felt like I was floating on clouds after a 20 minute massage. Ask for any model of car you want as a loaner, in our case a new 2013 GS was the treat. If only it wasn't infested with tiny ants, this would've been an easy 5 star experience start to finish. read more

Was here yesterday to get my battery replaced under the life time warranty, I was helped by Carlos Nunez, very friendly and professional sent me upstairs to the lounge where they offer sandwiches and other refreshments all complementary. My battery was replaced with no questions asked never tried to up sell me any other repairs or services. Unlike another Lexus dealership here in south Florida who hounded me not only in their shop but 5 to 10 times a week via email till I called the manager and told him it's to the point that I feel harassed and to take me off their mailing list. A few months ago, an unusual error light came on in my car. I decided to take it to the dealership mechanic because, 'Hey, they charge a little more but they wouldn't screw me like another mechanic would'. I've always gone to the dealership with that understanding. That turned out not to be the case this time (and who knows how many times in the past). After $100 diagnostic (which would be deducted from the final cost of repair) they came back as said my engine had issues, I needed spark plugs replaced and a top engine clean. The total cost of which would bring me to $2000 or so. That seemed like a lot for spark plugs, so I left and continued to drive with no major problems or issues. I decided to take it to my wife's mechanic a few months later just because I wanted to get a different price and see what they said. They said nothing was wrong with my car, the check engine light was a false and maybe went off with a battery issue or something that is no longer an issue. They checked into the problems the dealership has stated and said I was thousands of miles from needed the engine clean and the spark plugs were normal. They turned off the check engine light and said "if it comes back on, we can check deeper as it could another issue." Car has continued to drive fine with no more check engine lights. Basically, JM Lexus lied about the car even having an issue to the tune of $2000. Not going back here - returning to the trusty mechanic for all future care. read more

Drive clear across florida to get here thinking its a Park Place or Swell.. How can u work and get to this remote location. My husband and I have been loyal to JM Lexus for almost 20years. No longer we have loyalty to this dealership. One of our car lease is coming to the end soon. We scheduled appointment with of managers to investigate our options. He met us on time but right from the bat we were told that he was tied up with another client. After repeating a few times that he feels so bad not to be able to assist us, he suggested a sales person in his team. Since we already were there, we agreed on meeting that person. When she arrived her tension was visible. She browsed on computer for 5 min and then offered to go out on a lot. Once we got out, she announced that her next appointment was there and she has to leave us but we can browse through the lot as much as we can. At that moment the loyalty to JM Lexus was gone. By the way, we came in with intension of purchasing couple years old car and pay cash for it. My husband and I looked at each other, got in a car and drove away. We had a fabulous experience with JM Lexus. We dealt with Brad Patrick. Brad was so knowledgeable about all Lexus has to offer and he was able to answer literally every single one of our questions. He helped us get into the RX, but after driving the vehicle for a day we realized we needed something much larger as we are growing to a family of 4 very soon. JM has a 72 hour return policy. We were able to return the RX that we loved (just not big enough) for the roomy GX. What we really loved most about JM was the no haggle pricing, they have recently become a Lexus Plus dealership. Beware of others like Michael cook who is only concerned with himself and not the customer needs. For a manager Michael cook was terrible, unreasonable and was of no help. He should be reduced to a cashier or other profession that involves not working with customers. He made my trip, difficult, was uncaring and inconsiderate taking into account that I would of paid $1000 for 2 tires in less than 2weeks. JM Lexus, you have lost a client and all future referrals or business. I drove to this location because I expected a higher level of service, but maybe it would have been better to go to miami instead. My mother turned in her Lexus at the end of her lease. JM Lexus took the car back without objection. A few days later, they called to say that there was damage to the grill and that they wanted her to pay more than $500. My mom is 95 years old, but is sharp as a tack and would know if she had damaged the front end. (She hadn't.) When she reminded them that they didn't say that the car was damaged when they took it back, their response was, "Oh! You're not leasing from us. We shipped the car back to the leasing company." To which her response was that JM Lexus therefore was acting as the agent of the leasing company and was still responsible for inspecting the vehicle at the end of the lease. I am very happy with my Lexus and I think that I got a wonderful deal. The service department is wonderful with handling all of my needs and free car washes for life. They have a wonderful relaxing area with many amenities while you wait for your car, including food and drinks. The only complaint I have is that once the deal was made it took HOURS to finish the paperwork and get out of there. VERY SLOW. It felt like we were there all day! STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE CENTER. I went in for a pre inspection for my lease before having to turn it in. I went in with a perfectly drivable car, came out with a flat tire and had to leave the dealership on a spare. They found a nail in a tire and I knew previously that it was there. Magically the nail disappears and they return my car with a tire pressure of 2! Acted like they have no idea what happened it must of "fell out". Offered to put the spare on and claimed they don't patched tires because it's unsafe, BUT I can purchase a tire if I'd like. Went this morning to a auto shop I actually TRUST and they fixed my tire but looks as if Lexus forgot to return my wheel lock as well. Lexus claimed they never touched the wheel lock, which is a lie because how did they take off my wheel and put on a spare? Such a hassle and stressful experience. JM Lexus has provided horrible service to me multiple times and has made me decide not to buy another Lexus. Let's start with the most recent occurrence. I took my car in because the breaks were making noise. They told me I needed 2 new rotors and new breaks. My car only has 44k miles on it so to need all new rotors was surprising. I asked them why I would need new rotors as usually pads are replaced before rotors need to be replaced. Usually rotors are resurfaced before needing replaced. They said it is because my breaks have been bad for so long the rotors were completely shot. Since I just had my car in there literally 1 week before this for a lube and oil change and 110 point safety inspection this was a huge concern. The safety inspection even said on the paperwork break pads and rotors were fine. This is especially concerning when I have a baby boy 10 months old who rides in the car and I'm being told breaks are fine and then 1 week later saying they have been bad for awhile. I asked them why. They said they had no records of my car being in there for 2 years! Since it was just in there a week earlier and had been in there every couple of months since I had the car this was also a major concern. I even showed them the paperwork and they had no explanation. I could get my oil changed for $30 around the corner and pay Lexus over $100 for the safety inspection. They didn't refund the safety inspection they charged me. They did take the price of 1 rotor off but that is unacceptable. My son's life has been at risk driving on bad breaks and the rotors would not need to be replaced at all if they had been checking the breaks like I've paid them to do every time I bring the car in. This isn't the first time I've had problems with JM Lexus either. I brought the car in this time for 3 things: breaks, low battery key indicator on, and my car cigarette Port charger not working. As soon as I picked up the car the low battery key indicator was still on and the charger port still didn't work! When I asked about this they said they could not fix the cigarette charger. I use that charger because the USB chargers in the car have not worked at all since I bought the car in 2013. I brought the car in 6 times to fix the USB ports that would not work and after all those those service trips they told me eventually they could not fix the USB chargers because Lexus was not compatible with iPhone!! (Seriously??) So, I was told I had to use the cigarette Port to charge my phone. Now I am being told that can't be fixed either. I spend 60k on a brand new car and for 3 years can't even charge my phone in the car! I also picked up my car from the body shop the same time they did the last lube and oil change. They had my car in the body shop for 5 weeks to repair bumper from someone hitting me. A couple days after I picked it up the bumper kept popping off! Needless to say I would never buy another Lexus again. Even though I love the car the service is horrible and not what I would expect from Lexus. Even every time I've taken my car in for a car wash it comes back dirtier than it went in! I've even taken pics to show them before. I've had it washed at Lexus in North Miami Beach as well and always got it back clean so it seems to be a problem with JM Lexus only. When you spend a lot of money you expect superior service not the worse dealership experience you've ever had. At this point it's not even about the money but the safety of my family which I no longer have confidence in JM Lexus to be able to provide. Update: October 2017. They tell you free car washes inside and out for life, but now they are charging to have rims cleaned and the inside vacuumed. 3/5/18 Yet, another horrible experience at JM Lexus today. This is why they are the WORSE car dealership in Florida I have ever even heard of. As in my original comment I reported after body shop work that bummer kept falling off! I called body shop and they told me if it pushes back in not to worry about it. I emailed them about it. I mentioned in the survey they sent after. I also left comment about it here and as you can see above they said they would call back and did not. I called over 5 times for service manager and my call was never returned. Due to being hit by a speeding car while jogging I have been in very poor health the past year and have barely driven my car at all. I noticed after they washed car that the headlight on the bumper they replaced is leaking and bumper is still popping off. I took it in today and they told me it was never fixed properly and they would try to get more money from insurance company; although it's been way too much time. They had me and my infant son sitting there for 2 hours today just to tell me they don't feel it's their responsibility when they were paid by insurance company to fix it, did not fix it properly, and were notified of the problem right away several times and did nothing!!! All of the ladies at work were talking about how much they love their Lexus vehicles so I decided to research and research I did. I was able to narrow down what I thought I wanted and started working with Valeria First via email and then text on setting up a time that I can come in and test drive some models. She was able to secure an appointment with Robert on a Wednesday morning so I could check out what they have and what would fit my needs. Prior to going in I was having a little bit of guilt about giving up a great car that I had paid off and had no real reason to trade in except for the fact that it was no longer under warranty and head your usual issues that needed repairing. So Robert showed me a vehicle that I liked and then found me one that I absolutely fell in love With because it fit what I needed as well as fit within my price range without overextending myself parentheses I bought certified preowned parentheses). Robert made it easy to understand what my options were whether it was buying new, leasing new or buying certified preowned. He also showed me the different options that were offered for my trade-in and while I waited I had a very comfortable waiting room to sit in with a phone charging station, cappuccino, coffee, pretzels, water so I can keep myself entertained.
