Emailed JM on a Sunday. Rec'd a immediate response. We had sent 4 other emails out to different window cleaning companies. By Monday we rec'd 3 other responses. The bids were within $30.00 to $50.00 more. Being a seniors and on a budget we decided to go with the first one we rec'd. I asked if they could come on Friday, four days after I spoke to them.
