This company was hied by my property management since they were responsible for outside repair in our complex. I first got a call from their rep to let me know they will be sending someone to do initial assessment. The lady (Mina) was nice and courteous and we set up an initial apt for Friday morning. Now this is where everything else went wrong, no exaggeration: - The person they sent showed up two days early, and luckily I happened to be home to let him in. He was friendly but did not talk much; after he was done, I had a few questions for him but realized he hardly spoke any English. We were able to do so with the help of Google translate. After he left, I called the company back letting them know that they should have given me a heads up since they ended up coming earlier, and that I needed to know when they would be starting so I can be aware. - One day, out of the blue, they showed up very early early and started work on the roof without any prior notification. I had to leave for work, and when I came back home that evening, I was shocked to see that they had removed my two skylight windows above the stairway and let all the debris fall inside my place, and went EVERYWHERE all the way to the first floor in my dining room. later met with one of the workers trying to understand why no one gave me an advance warning to take appropriate measures to minimize the mess; unfortunately, once again, I could not find a single worker who spoke English... - Another day, I wake up to the loud sound of music at 7:45am. I guess they decided it was ok to blast the music at such hour like if they were having a party. I understand noise is part of the job, but playing loud music like that is not ok. I have neighbors on both sides and behind my unit as well, and of course I had people approaching me later in the day complaining. - After two weeks of on and off work, they finally decided the job was finished, but could not tell from the amount of material they left in front of my house, and the debris (including nails) spread out in front of my house. I was not notified about the end of the job, so I waited a couple of days thinking they would show again with more work, as they had done in the past. Finally I tried to call to get some answers and to inform them about the material left behind. This time, the stopped taking my calls, letting it go to voice mail, until I called from a different number trying to know if work was finished and if so why is material left behind and nails across my driveway. The quickly took my message, promising to call, but of course that call never came... - Then AGAIN, I realize that on top of that, they never reconnected my cable which they disconnected during their work, and although I asked them nicely to make sure it gets reconnected, nothing was done, so I was left without service for another week until I finally decided to call Dish Network and do their job for them! I ended up complaining to my property mgmt. which hired them, and FORCED them to come back to pick up their mess, and remove the leftover material. I took notes and recordings of everything wrong done to support my complains and claims, and I tried every mean to have things resolved nicely, but that company does not care about customer service, and never follow up on their promises, no matter how small the and reasonable the demands are. They just wanted to do a quick job and make quick bucks and move on. They thought they could ignore me because I was not the one paying for their service, but once I talked to my property management, they moved right away, afraid to lode future contracts. I am a very respectful person and treat people nice; I even offered the workers refreshments when they started work, and all I wanted in return is to be updated and informed when anything major had to be done. Unfortunately, they lack organization or communication skills with their clients, and I cannot imagine me being the only one being treated that way, especially that I have been very patient and accommodating to what they put me through and I have never seen so many screw ups on so many levels and with so many people I dealt with; it's like their main goal is to provide terrible customer service on purpose!... YEs, it is a VERY long review, but this is how badly a job they did. Almost a nightmare on every level. I hesitated a lot before writing my review because I would rather write a nice review than a negative one, but that company showed absolutely lack of care and professionalism, and the only way to make them accountable is to educate other people and at lest let them take better measures when dealing with them IF they decide to hire them. I found Perfect Homes through a neighbor whose gutters still look fantastic and have worked without issue (over the initial 5 years). Not only is the quality of the material a top/better grade, the size of the gutter is larger than what you'd get from Lowes/Home Depot and many competitors (thus able to handle the monsoon rains without overflowing). [2] The Installers. Jeff & Ed are the best (make sure you ask for them)! Super nice gentlemen and so easy to work with. They showed up promptly at the time I requested (7am) and were done in less that three (3) hours. Both Jeff and Ed are highly experienced (decades in the gutter trade) and both very friendly & professional. FYI - these gentlemen respected my property and home as if it were their own. They were also very meticulous with clean-up (I found absolutely no debris in the weeks that followed installation). [3] The Warranty. It is truly a zero hassle process. I initially purchased my gutter in January of 2026. Unfortunately, once the Vegas heat hit (June) we started noticing several waves/pointed sections. Even though the gutter channeled water effectively, the gutter was a little unsightly. I called the office and sent pictures. The owner called me back the next day and immediately scheduled Jeff & Ed to come out and replace my gutter. Jeff & Ed showed up (with precise color-matched materials), removed the old gutter (entirely) and installed a completely new gutter ... with a smile! One heads up item, Anthony (our initial sales person) gave me a bit of the used car sales vibe. My problem with this company is definitely the communication. I had a team of very hard workers. They arrived early and some arrived on time. Still a good thing. I was unable to talk to these hard workers since they did not speak English. I had to contact the production manager who was NOT on site and then somehow he contacted the 5 workers. One of the workers swept the garbage into an open hole on my roof- he thought he was sweeping garbage into my attic and in fact was broomimg all debris directly on the roof of my car. Putting garbage in my attic is NOT acceptable at all and pushing it onto my car was even more unacceptable. I lost my cool. I sent photos and video and angry messages to the owner, salesperson and office and expected a response. I did get a response and within a couple of days they had a car detailer come out and remove the wood, dust and rock debris off my car without further harm or damage. " They thought they were sweeping it into the attic!' Was their response and I directly told them that putting garbage into my attic was no more acceptable than sweeping it on top of my car. I was very very upset but within three days they did clean my car without scratching the paint. They had an open top garbage truck parked flush with the roofline and literally 3 feet from the hole the guy was sweeping the garbage into. This was lazy and seriously cheesed me off. I'm happy now that they fixed it. The other things I did not like is the crew went over my roof to drop into my backyard to clean up. They didn't speak English so they never tried to tell me they needed access to my backyard. My K9 told me they were back there. I have signs up for no trespassing because I don't know if my 120 pound K9 would attack or not. ( my other dog would have definitely bitten strangers in my yard) I am thankful that my dog barked at me then took me to the back door to look outside. This dog has amazing instincts. She knew to let me know instead of biting the men. I would have preferred to have been told to open the back gate instead of the men taking the chance on getting bitten. Safety is my number one concern . The dog and the car were two serious infractions in my opinion. These would cause me to not hire them again unless I was guaranteed good communication. I'm hoping the roof has been installed ok because I am not able to get up there myself. The project manager has not come back to look at the roof installation- this is very concerning as well to me. I had put in the agreement that the roofers would replace all the trim that had dry rot but they did not even try to replace the trim that is next to the roof. This bothers me as well. I was going to pay $180 .00 per board and then pay extra for the hours it took to replace the trim. The job has been over for 8 days and I have not heard back from the office to see if they are going to finish the contract agreement and replace the trim. The communication really wasn't to my liking . I'm happy the job is over and my roof is supposed to last with 130 MPH winds and hopefully last 25-30 years. Of course I won't know until I can actually talk to see about the finished product. The team of guys were self sufficient. They plugged in a microwave into my front electrical plug in and had coolers for their lunches. I was extremely concerned about the guys getting overheated on the roof. I made several attempts to communicate my fears of the guys getting heat stroke or heat exhaustion and the project manager told me these guys could stop at any time they needed and I wasn't to worry about that. He told me his guys were 'professional!' I just worry about safety whether it's getting bitten by a very strong K9 or the heat since it was triple digits and zero shade on the roof. I can't say that I would recommend this company again because I still haven't heard from them to ask my questions. The roof seems to be ok but again I'm unable to get up there and look at the finished product.
