Get a random message on Wednesday at 12:17 pm that they were at my house but couldn't find anything so they would schedule another day..okay, first...both my husband and I were home..no one came to the door, when I called back and said the appt. was Tuesday, he said it rained on Monday and they don't work Mondays and when I asked how would I know that?? No lie, he told me to find another service and HUNG UP ON ME!!
