I am trying to like these people as they install our inground pool, but they seem to want every step of the way to be a surprise and half finished. Communication would have gone a long, long way but they completely and utterly lacked in informing us of what to expect, when to expect it, and made clear attempts at excuses for things that could have been straightforward communication and I would have understood. The subcontractors they used were very nice and seemed to do a decent job. My impression is that Goodall failed at project planning to complete the job efficiently, and communication was at best reactive to our constant probes of questions to figure out what was going to go on at our home with this large project. It made it very difficult to plan our own parts of the project (ie landscaping, etc) and wasted a lot (a couple thousand dollars) of our money with wasted materials and I can't even tell you how much of our time has been wasted that could have been prevented if they provided a clear plan, design, and information. I will update this review when we're all said and done to hopefully a better rating with full details.

You choose not to run the credit card until the pool is closed and has no bearing on my PURCHASE. You could have easily run a $50.00 charge on my card as a deposit on that closing. I was not asking for you to make an exception, only to count the signed contract as a purchase, which it is a purchase whether you run the card today, tomorrow or next month. Tell me how that is not a purchase! Do you really want to lose a customer over a poorly executed policy?

Fronheiser pools is a great company. I had my first n ground pool built by them, and for 8 years…read morenow, it's been a great experience. I use Fronheiser for pool openings, closings and all of my maintenance and pool supply needs. I'm not sure why people are unhappy but I've never been disappointed. I visit the Sinking Spring store and they are always attentive when I walk in. Their young people have been great . I'm always impressed how knowledgeable they are with pool water analysis, product recommendations and no matter how small the order, they always offer to help load the chemicals into my car. As far as pool openings and closings, they are A#1! They do exactly what you contract them to do on the day you ask them to do it. 2-3 days after opening, my pool is Chrystal clear and I'm a happy camper. If I have any issue, like a bad pump recently, they sent a crew out promptly and I was up and going quickly. My pool is in great condition, still looks like new, and the Fronheiser team is really the best around. I have many friends and family who use them and everyone has similar good experiences.
