The massage therapist were kind and you can tell were experienced based on both of our massages. We did a 60 minute massage and they made sure to use every minute of it and made sure we both were ok throughout the whole time and focused on any area that we asked like back etc... Afterwards they gave us plenty of time to privately get up from bed and get dressed on our own time...no one rushed us. My only feedback would be to perhaps have some chairs for outdoor seating pre- or post-service. While this spa doesn't have all the amenities of a larger spa, the coziness of the property and especially the quality of the services will more than compensate. However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP!

I arrived to my appointment on time, and was greeted immediately at the door. Dawn proceeded to ask me where my problem areas were and our session began. The space is quaint and clean. The table was warm and comfy. Dawn targeted my problem areas and the scalp massage was EVERYTHING! There was soft music playing and the session was SO relaxing. Afterwards, Dawn provided me with some stretching exercises to keep my tense areas loose, between sessions. I will absolutely return!

I used to pay $40 for 1-hr in my previous locations, but it's absolutely exceptional for $50 for 1-hour here! I always get the 1-hr foot spa for $50-starts with hot water soaking your feet, and a head massage. Don't be afraid to tell your massager where you need more attention--they'll remember! I was very impressed for we went in my birthday, and my boyfriend had no idea what he was walking into. He enjoyed the massage, as we were in a public but private area to where we peacefully got our massages. We were massaged with hot stones as well (I don't care for that as much), but it was immensely satisfying and very similar to the other foot spas I've been to. Consistency is key to places like this.
