My roots were like 4x lighter than my natural color. I called immediately. Told them of the situation. I took pics just for my record and to show her. It was all of my roots. I came in a week later (her soonest available), and she redid the roots. Used a darker color. And said it would cost me 15.00-20.00 more. I said, "What?" She didn't do it right the first time. She said I still had to pay for the product.. wth? No choice, I had her do it, I was going to not pay, but I felt I best pay, but I would contact the manager and / or owner. I had a meeting on Monday and needed it done. As I checked out, the receptionist asked if I'd like to add the tip on the card? I said, "No." I asked the receptionist if making the customer pay for the hair dressers mistake is common. She replied, "That's what the manager tells us to do."
