They really work with you based on your needs. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing from the time you walk in the door. I walked out of there feeling more relaxed than ever! Looking forward to trying out some of the package deals in the near future! I can feel the stress melting away just thinking about it. My only gripe is parking - be sure to think that through depending on what time your appointment is, downtown Willoughby can be a pain.

I didn't know what to say then they demanded tips up front $40 each. I said no only after if I think it was a good massage I will give you a good tip. Then both of them started reaching in my pockets looking for money and 1 grabbed my wallet. I was totally blown away and told them let's get this over with and I will tip you. Long story short, what was supposed to be a 2 hour massage that was to cost $120 turned into a 1hour massage with 2 girls that cost me $400 I found out when i got home. Somehow they got my money out of my wallet. And the massage was terrible on top of that.​
