I've been to Renee's twice and both visits were incredible. My first appointment was with Cathleen and when I made my second appointment I couldn't get in with her and was bummed, but ended up with Kelly who did just as incredible a job! They really work with you based on your needs. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing from the time you walk in the door. I walked out of there feeling more relaxed than ever! Looking forward to trying out some of the package deals in the near future! I can feel the stress melting away just thinking about it. My only gripe is parking - be sure to think that through depending on what time your appointment is, downtown Willoughby can be a pain. read more

Today was first time getting a massage, and well I was pretty nervous about it, but that was soon taken care of. My therapist was Bri, and she made the experience comfortable enough, and even the receptionist who checked me in, didnt get her name, was very friendly. Massage was nice, little painful on certain spots but thats probably caused by stiff muscle, but all and all, I'd give this company an A+, and I will certainly come back! read more

I went to get a massage today, the massage was lovely! The Therapist was wonderful and did a great job. But because they collected the money for the massage first she did not get a tip. I only had a credit card and had intended to pay for the massage and leave a tip on the card (always 20% or more if the service was good). Who tips first???? No one! I could not believe it! So this poor girl did not get a much deserved tip because I had no cash and the front desk insisted that I pay first. Very unfortunate. I am sorry Angela but your employer screwed you out of a good tip. read more

Got a one hour couples massage and me and my husband really enjoyed it! I had to ask my therapist to lighten up with pressure because I have fibromyalgia. Other than that 12/10! And walked away feeling so relaxed and less tight in my shoulder blade area. My husband said his therapist did a good job focusing on his problem areas as well. We will definitely return! read more

Worst massage I've ever gotten. I try to go once a week or bi weekly.. I cycle a lot so I need something to put me back into place.. upon arrival I was not offered a glass of water... I was DYING the whole massage and of course didn't realize how thirsty I was until the massage was 10 min in. I also had to ask for her to apply pressure not once but three times. I've never had to ask someone to apply more pressure... I am usually asking for less pressure. So to sum it up I've had better pedicure massages. I had a few questions for my masseuse after the massage... But she was nowhere to be found and did not greet me after it was over.. it was a weird/bad experience.. and anything but relaxing.. read more

I've been going to Renee's about once a month for over a year now and am always completely satisfied. I generally stick with the same massage therapist (Emily) but have tried one other person and when I was not satisfied Renee offered me another session. It's a tranquil atmosphere and the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. They have many services to choose from at reasonable-ish prices and the availability for appointments is usually pretty flexible as well. I've referred Renee's to other people and purchases gift certificates too- it's just too good to keep the secret all to myself! read more

Overall, was not pleased with my experience here. I bought a certificate for my sister and we ended up going together to get facials. When we got there the staff was not overly welcoming at all as I have experienced at every other spa I have been to. We waited in the main lobby area to be seen. Other places usually take you in the back and offer you a nice warm robe to relax in until you are seen and put you in a relaxation room and offer something to drink, not the case at Renee's. Once in the room, the lady came in and started massaging my neck, put on a mask and then a hot towel on my face, then I just sat there while she put her finger tips on different points of my face. After it was done, I noticed she used Queen Helene Mint Julep cleanser and lotion. You can buy these products at the dollar store! Other places use more professional and expensive products, i.e. Aveda. For them to charge $50 for a half an hour, use cheap products and only put a mask and lotion on my face, it was not worth it at all. Was pretty disappointed. Feel bad for my sister because it was her first facial experience. I picked it based on the previous review and am sorry that I did. Will not be going back there.... read more
