Storms first camping trip!
Linda C.

We got our poodle from Linda and he is now 4 months old. I must say Linda was wonderful and helpful, I asked tons of questions and she answered all. We love Storm our pup, he is adorable, sweet, smart, and loving.

My mother in law has 2 beautiful poodles from here. JMS offers such an amazing experience all the way from the beginning. I can't wait till my husband and I are able to get one of our own. I know who we will be going threw when that time comes. Thank you JMS for two of the best dogs in the world!

Vista at 2 years old! We just love her personality.

We just adore our poodle Vista! She's the first standard poodle our family has ever had and boy are we happy with her. Her personality is off the charts and we enjoy every second with her. She is a healthy and happy girl - could not have dreamed of a better dog.

We got our wonderful poodle Sadie from Linda 5+ years ago and happy to say everything about her is wonderful. Her temperament, health and looks have been exceptional. Jazzy is her mom and Jackson is her dad. @Jim H- we will adopt your "regular dog"... Not sure why your puppy has so many problems.

Oreo, Tova and our newest addition Blossom!

Don't Believe the False Facebook Posts - Epic Dog Academy Is the Real Deal…read more I need to share my experience because there's a lot of misinformation going around about Epic Dog Academy. If you've seen those Facebook posts linking them to animal abuse - please, don't believe them. I fell for those rumors myself at first, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. I had signed my dog, Obi-Wan, up for the two-week training program and was so excited. But right after I told a friend, she sent me a Facebook group filled with terrible claims about EDA. I panicked and immediately called to cancel. Vincent, the owner, was incredibly understanding and patient. He explained that all those claims were false and even showed me proof - including records exposing the people behind the posts as having serious legal and credibility issues, but even though I already paid and signed all the paperwork - he still immediately refunded me my payment to give me time to do additional research. This is something he could have pushed back on but didn't, which really showed me what a kind and understanding business this was. Even so, I made sure to do my own research before forming any opinions. What I found was truly alarming: the main individual behind that Facebook group has a documented history of serious issues, including animal cruelty charges (all public record). His daughter once briefly worked with Vince - the owner of Epic Dog Academy - many years ago at a completely separate business. Shortly after, Vince left to establish Epic Dog Academy with his wife, Olivia. To be clear, the two individuals who now run that Facebook group have no real connection to Epic Dog Academy. The false claims they're spreading about the owner are completely unfounded and unsupported by any evidence, plus most of the negative comments appear to come from people associated with them. Once I realized the truth, I re-enrolled Obi-Wan - this time in their day training program. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. It gave me total peace of mind to see him daily, and I can confidently say that not only is he perfectly fine - he's thriving. The results have been beyond my expectations. Obi-Wan listens better than ever, he's happier, and he actually gets excited to go every morning. Erin, his trainer, is absolutely phenomenal. She's patient, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated every day with photos and progress reports through their app. Christy at the front desk is another gem - her warmth and understanding make every drop-off and pick-up a breeze. Every single person I've interacted with at Epic Dog Academy truly loves what they do, and it shows. They treat every dog like their own. I can say with complete confidence that my dog is safe, happy, and receiving the best possible training here. Please do yourself a favor - don't let false online rumors stop you from giving EDA a chance. Check things out for yourself. I'm so glad I did, because Epic Dog Academy has completely transformed my dog's behavior and confidence. It's been worth every single penny (and I signed up for the Honor program!) I have given EDA permission to share my number with anyone who is hesitant to sign up. I'd be happy to share my experience with you if needed. -- Pictures of Obi-Wan were sent to me through the EDA app during his day training!

I adopted Sookie, a two-year-old bully mix, from the shelter, and within her first week home she…read morebegan showing signs of separation anxiety. I was nervous and didn't know what to do, so I reached out to Epic Dog Academy. They scheduled a same-day consultation, which immediately made me feel supported. Sookie started the Honor Roll Program the following week. Throughout her training, her trainer Erin kept me consistently updated on Sookie's progress. Toward the end of the two weeks, Erin recommended keeping Sookie a little longer because she needed some extra help -- and I truly appreciated that honesty and care. If Epic Dog Academy didn't genuinely care, they could have easily sent her home, especially with the holidays coming up, but instead they did what was best for Sookie. I picked Sookie up about a week ago and, to be honest, I was nervous about bringing her home. Erin scheduled our in-home training session just three days after pickup, and even checked in with us after Sookie's first day home to see how we were doing. While Sookie had a solid grasp of her commands, we struggled with crate training at first. During our in-home session, Erin helped us work through those issues, and since then, crating has been easy and stress-free. Epic Dog Academy -- and especially Erin -- did an amazing job with Sookie. They've given her confidence, and she no longer panics when I leave. The attentiveness, support, and care they've shown toward both Sookie and me has meant so much. We truly couldn't have done this without them. I'm so grateful for Epic Dog Academy and look forward to continuing our journey with them. I know Sookie will only continue to improve and live her best life.

My cat was sick and her symptoms worsened overnight so I started calling animal hospitals near me…read more The first two I called were supposed to be 24 hrs, but when I had called, they told me to come in at 8am.. the other 730. How is that 24 hr care? I didn't have time to wait around on a Monday morning when I should be going to work. Finally I called VCA and the woman I spoke to over the phone was very friendly and said I could come in right away. They're really easy to see off the freeway and there's plenty of parking. Customer service was great from the moment I got there. The doctor explained treatment options well and addressed any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend this place if you ever need medical treatment for your pet.

Amazing customer service!!!!…read more Went into this location today because the location I normally go to is closed on Sundays. (My husband and I just adopted a dog from a shelter and she was showing symptoms that were worrisome). Josh, who saw our dog Lu Lu today, was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything so thoroughly. I did not feel rushed, and was very appreciative of this (especially since we just had a dog pass away). He had amazing bedside manner, thank you Josh!!! All the women at the front desk who assisted me as well today were so sweet and had wonderful customer service! You can tell VCA really cares about animals and helping families with their beloved fur babies! Thank you VCA! (Also love that this location is open 24 hours-incase of an emergency)
