The tech did a good job replacing the passenger window. No complaint there It should not have taken two weeks though. Sure, the glass had to be ordered through a dealer, but that is 2 days I was on a conference call when they got immediate insurance approval but then they dropped it. Needed to have a passenger side windshield replaced on a freightliner step van. Called several local locations that didn't even bother returning my calls. Called JN Phillips and they had no problem taking care of my windshield. From the young lady on the phone to the installer I was impressed. Hopefully I don't need a replacement windshield again but I know who I would call. read more

Just moved to Manchester CT and our first night here our truck was broken into. (Thank you CT) We called the national companies who were not as helpful as their commercial would leave one to believe. We contacted JN Phillips and they were out in a few hours and replaced the glass. Tony was fantastic and efficient. The glass replacement took only about 45 minutes and he cleaned everything up! Wow I am speechless. Thought I was dealing with a reputable company. They told me they could fix my windshield Sat between 8 am and Noon. Guess what? The morons never showed. Felt just like I was dealing with Comcast. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE JN PHILLIPS 'GLASS SERVICE'. They wasted my entire morning. They don't deserve my business and they don't have a clue what SERVICE means. They probably don't deserve your business either. read more

I am very satisfied, the polite and knowledgable young man showed up at my home during the time window I was promised. He told me it would only take about 35 mintes or so to completely replace the windshield. Also, he appreciated that I parked my car in the shade as it was very hot that day. He went to work right away and was very competent, very skilled with great attention to detail. A real professional job, it came out just like a brand new car after only 45 minutes. He offered specific intructions regarding the use and washing of the car for the next 48 hours which I did appreciate very much. Not to mention, it was a very competitive price. I don't imagine doing any better, will definitely use them again should the need arise. read more

Not sure what location we were dircted to as we are in Southbury - but...Had a crack in the windshield and our insurance company recommended JN Phillips. Guys came out and fixed it then we were driving on the Mass Pike and part of the frame flew off. We called again and a 2nd tech came out and stated the first guy did a really shotty job - so he fixed it. Last night it rained and now the windshield is leaking and water is coming in thru the interior lights. We called again to ask to speak to the Mgr. and the woman put us back on the schedule for Thursday (today is Saturday). Mark the manager called back - didn't seem to give 2 cents about the situation and when we asked if someone could come out today he stated the shop closes in an hour but will see what he can do. Never apologized and did not give any type of customer service at all. We are waiting for a call back to see what if anything he will do but Monday will be another call to our insurance company to NEVER recommend them again and we will use SAFELITE to get this all resolved read more

Glass was put in fine.... wow not the problem.... 1. Canceled appointment from other company because this one had better rate and could get to me on day i took off of work since other company called and said their driver called out and couldnt make it. JN then said "sure we can get to you by 12-5pm!".....waiting waiting ... i call ...2. "oh your scheduled for tomorrow morning ... "omg" ...so stupid and unprofessional.... so then next day comes and i had to take offf another day of work .... waiting waiting .. call ..."it will be soon" so i say "can i just come now and get it done" "yes" ... go down there ... woman asks how she can reach me when they are done 3. give her my number and she sais within hour and will give you call ....... waiting waiting 3 hours go by ... i look on my phone and look at my emails ... they emailed me 2 hours ago saying its done ....?????? .... "oh no problem i have all day" .. i go get my car, the guy sais womans on break and is being a real wise @$$ .... next time will stick to SAFELITE no matter that they had someone call out it happens ... but wow 2 days of work missed ... and such a horrible company.....oh and 4. they gave me quote with tax and all!!!!! and the guy charges me 30$ more and pulls $### out of @$$ for what ... at this point "just pay and fn go"!!!!!!! read more
