I came here because my brakes were grinding so they replaced my brakes. They also replaced my calipers that I didn't need and this was a couple months ago so I brought it to a new mechanic today and come to find out my calipers Were sticking which tells me they weren't done at all. they took my money and never did the work. my brake line was leaking but for a caliper to be sticking after it was replaced as unknown. And I want to let everyone know that I'm a woman and they took huge advantage of me. I am completely beyond pissed that they took advantage of me. for the price I paid about $1000. They should've done all four brakes. SMH please think twice before you go here. read more

They charged me $3,000 for a full brake job. New lines, rotors, calibers. They said they would have it done same day for me so I had no problem paying that much. So I spent the next couple months driving all over the country without an issue. Not even a year since the service, one of my lines that they "replaced" rusted out and left me with no brakes going down the road. Luckily I got to a gas station safety and waited for a tow truck. Unfortunately this happened on a Friday at 5pm with no mechanics available in the area. I was stranded for 3 days in North Carolina waiting for a shop to open. They are solid for dirt cheap tires, but I would never go back. read more

Had 2 leaking tires in an emergency. Went here. Partner came home and one of the tires had almost no tread. Charged 180.00 for the 2. Had to go back and get a better tire.. 6 months later, I was cleaning the car and noticed the tool to turn the nut that lowers the tire from underneath was gone. Don't know why other folks think they are so great, but that was our experience. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. You pay for what you get, cheaper price than others but cheap as hell service. Extremely rude staff/owner. Went in for 4 tires mounted and balanced, left with brake problems. Went back same day to ask about the NEW braking issues and the response I get is "KEYS?". After waiting a while with no other communication, they come back and tell me nonsense about how my "rear brakes are out of alignment". B.S. explanation to get me to leave because they think I don't know what I'm talking about. I got cut off, interrupted, spoken over, and treated like an idiot. Recently, my car needed all four tires replaced & a new tie rod. The service was extremely quick and the employees let us know that there were other issues with the car- but didn't try to sell us anything we weren't ready to buy. I appreciate the quickness of the service and the honesty of the practice. It also wasn't too much money when considering all of the replacements. Furthermore, tires themselves are complex, with a dizzying array of materials and designs, and a wide range of prices. As a result, it is almost impossible for a tire buyer to know the "best" tire choice for their vehicle. This makes it important to be able to get advice from someone who has enough experience selling and installing tires to know the good and bad about the various choices. Though their prices are a little higher than the major player in the area, Landon's service and integrity have kept me coming back. I purchased expensive tires ($214 a piece, plus cost of balancing and mounting) about 10 months ago for my Volvo from them. Today we discovered that one of them had a 1.5 inch gash in the sidewall that couldn't be repaired. They replaced the tire "at cost," they said ($196). Considering the tire only had 8000 miles on it, I think they could have given me a slightly better price, but I guess whatever warranty was on them doesn't cover things like hitting a pothole or a curb. They are very nice, but I was a little bit disappointed to not be offered more of a discount, considering I had spend almost $1000 bucks there just 10 months ago. read more

I use to like going here for service, 10 years ago i remember things being good. Well i just had 4 new tires installed, a few days later i went to change my brakes and found a cross threaded lug nut. My stud snapped and lug nut destroyed. I have aftermarket spline type lug nuts so i had to buy an entire set to replace the one. I also was forced to make a repair i had not planned on doing, which pretty much ruined the rest of my day. I called them the next business day and no apology, no compensation for my wasted time and money (i had to buy new lug nuts @ $30, and a new stud @ $3). They did offer to fix the stud and replace the lug nut, but that was not an option for me. This happened to my car on a Sunday, it is my daily drive i don't have the option to wait for next business day for them, i work during the day so i cant just drive there during business hours, and it had a broken stud, which i do no feel comfortable driving in that condition. So i made the repairs my self, at my expense. He didn't seam to care at all and actually had a bit of a tone when i said you guys cross threaded my lug nut and it broke my stud. A proper shop would of hand turned the lug nut a few time before hitting it with the impact, but this shop just slams the lug nuts on without checking to make sure its threaded properly. Sadly, my days of thinking this shop was a good shop are over. Oh, and they did not put the valve steam caps on all my tires either :/ read more

They don't come any better than Landon Tire. They are price competative, very honest and fast service. I've purchased two sets of tire and had brakes replaced. By nature I am a skeptical person how ever, I trust these people 100%. Let me repeat, they are honest. read more
