They usually have barking dogs in the front office near where you go to pay. They don't help package your items or take thing to your car. I recommend brining your own boxes as it seems an issue to ask for one. The office stinks of dog and cigarettes. They raised their minimum bid amount to $3 where the other locations are $1. Now I was just informed that if you are delayed in picking up your items past the one week they will be charging a $1 a day per lot storage fee. Again none of the other locations do that because they value your business. After being told that I was done with this place.

Repocast said they could re auction the item for a commission and fee which I was good with considering the situation. When the auction was complete I contacted them to ask the selling price and Repocast rep told me that I was being sent a check for $160. I received the check and it was for $115. I called them and I was informed that the previous amount was a mistake and that there was nothing they could do to correct their mistake by their employee. Train your staff better and honor your mistake. Be careful with what you are doing with when dealing with Repocast.
