You simply make an appointment, drop off your items with a detailed description and if they sell, they will send you a check in about a week. Being that they are a business they do take a commission on top of the listing fee. When you purchase from them, there is also a buyers premium, so make sure to take that into account, as you are bidding that your final total will be more. If you have any questions or concerns with items listed, you are able to go in and inspect before you bid as there are no refunds once the auction is over. They have a lot of JUNK that they consign.. It's allot to sort through. I will start right away and still won't get through everything and miss allot. Then when you go to pick up your winnings, they are very I'm organized. I spent hours with 2 employees and the owner searching for a piece of furniture. Because the employee who put it up want there. They wanted me to come back in 3 days when that employee was working again. It was a 1 hour drive for me, so I was not about to do that. So I finally found it. It was quite ridiculous. Also I have friends who got completely wrong lot of items .. make %100 sure you go over your invoice and double check that you have the correct auction winnings. I had a good experience. I made an appointment to pick up my items. I was running late because of road construction. My items were out and ready. I was offered assistance to help load my items. Good experience. The only reason I would not buy again is a little far to go for me. But if I see something I want and get a good deal will definitely bid again. read more

It would be good to separate out the Hastings location items from the Caledonia location. Also, your inventory stickers are very hard to remove and leave permanent marks on furniture. We have bought many items and are able to work with staff if item is not functional or not as described. read more

I had the same experience CK from Los Angeles CA had who was robbed of $3000 for a fake Bobby Orr rookie card, and I'm writing about the same exact experience. I bought this Jordan rookie card (I did my research about fakes) feeling good it was real for a bid of $1,125.00, when I got the card it was a fake! Lou Brown's team confirmed it along with Beckett Authentication company. The auction house owner, Jay, upon me telling him it was a fake card did not care and would not refund my money nor did he return my emails or calls. He also sold my card knowing my card was a fake as well. I would avoid this M37 auction house at all costs. I told them I want my money back several times and they refused. I love M37 Auction. I have been a customer for over 2 years. The people who work there are nice and respond to your questions about items up for bid. I have gotten super buys on dishes, puzzles, art work and furniture, just to name a few. My only comment would be to be able to separate out the Hastings location items from Caledonia location as that is a much further drive to pick up items. I bought a Bobby Orr rookie card thinking it was real for 3,000$, well when I got the card it was a fake! the auction house owner upon me telling them it was a fake card did not care and would not refund my money, he sold the card knowing it was fake, there were several in his auction of vintage baseball cards they were fake as well! I returned the card to them and they still will not refund my money!! I would avoid this M37 auction house and never ever trust or buy anything from them ever!! I love M37 staff. They are definitely five star. I do feel there is a need, for me to follow my listing. Right now there is no way to do that, other than look through the entire listing. Things are not always listed in the area expected. For instance a bathroom light, I could finding under light not bathroom. A toilet was under miscellaneous rather than bathroom. If they improve on they, I would give them a five again I will continue to pay with them because 9 times out of 10 it sells and I don't have to deal with questions like. Is this still available? Never getting an answer back after responding or a question of can I get a driver to come pick it up. It is a clean sale or not. I am completely satisfied with that aspect of the auction read more

Terrible service dropping off our items for sale; items took almost 3 weeks to post for auction, were posted with incorrect descriptions and/or terms of sale. When picking up unsold items, employees were unorganized and confused. Owner was unapologetic, and when we posted a review on their Facebook page, owner sent a scathing email to us, and proceeded to have our Facebook page shut down. We also purchased a dinette set that we visited M37 to inspect; however, the set was jammed in between several other, heavier items, and had other items stacked on top of it, so we were unable to thoroughly examine it. After we bid on, and won, this item, we discovered that the set was damaged - most likely from poor storage - and owner told us simply, 'Well, you had a chance to look at it.' Avoid this auction house - Golden Gavel is much better. read more
