I unfortunately had to move out-of-state, and he tried his best to help with my tooth problems before I had to move. He's knowledgeable, caring, and patient. He always tried to be conservative with the work he did on my teeth, focusing on the most important areas and didn't push expensive treatments on me that weren't 100% necessary. A lot of dentists I went to would 1.) look at my teeth and then decide on a plethora of things to do to them, without consulting me - and b) forget about the issues I had and/or not address them fully. Dr Davia always listened to my concerns and kept it simple, unless it was clear a more complex procedure was definitely needed. I wish I could give a bonus star for how painless the injections were (lots of dentists seem to rush this part and it causes a lot of pain and anxiety for me). Also the dental hygienist I saw, Kathleen, was so sweet and careful with my teeth. She was great at making me feel comfortable during my cleanings & always made me feel special.

I really liked that she proceeded mouthwash and let me rinse in between sessions. Dr. Davia came in after my session was talked to me. He eased any worries I had about my teeth and let me know the next steps he wanted to do in my next appointment. I didn't feel like he was rushing with me . He was very genuine and kind. I was honestly very impressed with my service. The office isn't as fancy as your newer facilities or dental spa's. You can depend on the staff at Dr. Davia. He will not try to nickel and dime you for treatments or services.

The office is in a newer space off of Staples Mill by Amigos. It is very bright, clean, and modern with ample parking. The staff were very welcoming, polite and professional. Rose, my hygienist was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing prior to beginning, was gentle, patient and friendly. I definitely want her to take care of me for my next appointment. Dr Bigelow popped in once Rose was complete to introduce himself and check my teeth as well. He had a great positive attitude, seemed like a nice guy. Didn't spend much time with him to elaborate further. Overall, I would definitely recommend this practice to those looking for a new dentist!

I was considering masseter botox for my tension and jaw clicking before being recommended this treatment, and I could not be more glad I opted for this route. Botox would have been much more expensive and provided a band-aid solution for a problem that Lynette was able to evaluate and treat in just a few appointments. This practice has poor bed side manner and is designed to squeeze every dollar that they can out of you. I do not recommend this practice to anyone seeking care. Setting up appointments was rather simple and the office was technology forward, clean, bright and new. The building was recently renovated and they have a large parking lot. However, it was obvious that behind their fancy facade lies the drive to pad their bottom line. My first check up here was pretty comprehensive with all the x-rays being taken and teeth properly scaled. This took approximately 45 minutes into the hour long appointment. The hygienist spent a good 10 minutes trying to explain for me why I should pay for the up charge for fluoride even though it already covered under my insurance plan. The hygienist and dentist spent the last 20 minutes of my appointment creating a sense of urgency telling me to prevent my teeth from cracking that I needed to buy from them a mouth guard, electric tooth brushes, teeth whitening, etc all of which I get for free from my dental sales rep neighbor. My second appointment consisted of a longer sales pitch than actual care. My second cleaning here with the same tech didn't even last all of 10 minutes, which is inadequate to receive a proper scaling done, she didn't even floss my teeth. I received another repeated lecture regarding why an up charge for the fluoride was highly recommended even though it was already covered by insurance. Followed by another 20 minutes berating me on why I did not want to proceed with making an mouth guard and signing up for their teeth whitening treatments. I've never had any issues with my teeth and I cannot imagine how this practice would try and extort me if I had actually had an issue with my teeth. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend anyone come to this practice.
