I've also always had great experiences at Joann With that in mind, I had the absolute WORST experience with this location. The employees of this store have no concept of what customer service is. Not only were they rude and short, but I had to come back on THREE separate occasions because my small order still wasn't ready even though I was told to come back at those times. I live down the street from this location but I will be going out of my way to not have to come here for supplies again. I would leave a 0/5 but that would take too little effort.

Hobby Lobby is pretty meh as a business overall but that's not important for this review. I've…read morestopped in when I need something that I can't find at any other craft store and need sooner than Amazon will ship. The parking lot is big and it's easy to get in and out. Once inside it's just like every other Hobby Lobby, all of your crafting needs and prices are easy to find/understand. I feel like this store used to have better clearance and sales but lately there's nothing great going on in that department. Check out is where it gets a little rough for me. There are never enough workers. We are always waiting in line for 15 minutes and it really slows down the entire trip. I tend to go on my lunch breaks but I have had to stop because I'm not convinced I'll be out in time. If you need something you'll probably find it here, but make sure you have enough time to not only find it but to check out.
