DO NOT GO HERE!!! First off they don't use hands at all!!! All they do is walk on your back at least for my experience, and woke up the next morning in back pain and bruised! And Second the lady comes back in my room and asks how I would like to tip and I said card and then she asked how much and I said $8 and she said "that's not fair I worked on you for an hour" and I told her how much do you think I'm supposed to tip you? She said "$20 sounds fair for the job and the time I spent for you" and we were just going back and forth for a minute . Reminding you the massage was $40. I am new to the area and wanted to try this massage place and it was the worse experience I ever had. It was weird that I was asked to pay for the services first (30 minutes massage) which I thought was very odd but still wanted to give them the chance. When I got on the table the linens smelled like if ithey had'nt been washed and unused for months at that pont I should have ran out but still wanted to give them a chance. Then the massage person never used oil till the last 10 minutes of he massage so she was basically pinching me the whole time and I was not able to relax. When it was over and I was abou to leave and the massage person was demanding her tip and when I told her I wasn't going to tip her , the owner of the place came out really upset and demanded that I had to pay a tip. And without giving me a chance to explain to her why I was not going to give her a tip she interrupted me and yelled at me saying "If you go to a restaurant you always give a tip". She was very angry and I realized she wasn't going to listen to my reasons as to why I was not going to give a tip. So I just walked out. Please avoid this place and tell people not to come here. I would have asked for a refund but honestly I felt that the owner would have physically hurt me. I said ok and walked out.. she did not know English well and didnt know how to communicate with customers. Massage was short of 7 minutes to an hour. I told them i only have card, they make you pay up front before massage starts. Which was weird. Because after the massage, knowing i dont have cash.. we had to wait for my husband to give them tip afterwards in cash. Because their credit card system charges $2 per transaction. read more

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! How can a place MAKE YOU PAY TIP *BEFORE* you get your service AND DICTATE HOW MUCH the MINIMUM amount be? TEACH THEM AMERICAN ETHICS and SERVICES!!! I was going for 30min for 40$ The lady wanted at least 10$ MINIMUM TIP BEFORE she did anything! I told her tip is depended on the quality of sevice rendered/received and it is done AFTERWARDS and the customer decides the mount. She kept saying her boss says her boss says.. I asked for the boss' name. She does NOT KNOW the name of her boss?? That alarms me! I tried to take picture of the business certificate on the wall. She covered and tells me I cannot take the photo. And the massage was a lousy technique with prevalent feather light stroke which I sensed to supposedly tickle or arouse... This is my go to place! The staff is super sweet! And the price is reasonable. I love the private rooms and how the environment is quiet and relaxing. Their massages are firm but not too firm just right! They actually care if the pressure is hurting you and do their best to make your massage as comfortable as possible! Love this place!!! This was the most uncomfortable, least professional massage I have ever had (& I've had many, many massages). I was initially compelled to try it out because it was close to my home and they offered a discount because they just opened. The facility isn't nearly as nice as comparably priced places nearby. I was shown to my room and instructed to get on the table. When my therapist came in, she was unable to communicate that she didn't want me to lay under the sheet (like most massage places) but on top of it with a small towel draped over me. She didn't speak English, so she walked out of the room, leaving the door open and me mostly naked on the table, to retrieve someone to translate. Awkward to boot. Then, once the massage proceeded, she forgot to use any oil and pulled on my skin. If that's not bad enough, she left the room three more times - to retrieve hot wet towels (to roughly wipe the oil she finally remembered to use off me, which was unpleasant and strange) and to restart music that stopped. She also left the door open. Seriously? Aside from the terrible tact, the massage itself was terrible. It was random and really felt like an amateur with no training. It made sense to me afterward why they required payment up front (I've never been asked to pay for a massage before the service was provided). read more

Definitely not worth the $46 I spent on a one hour massage. If I would have known I would have gone to a much better, classier place for what I paid. I should have known as soon as I walked into the business when the receptionist who was also the therapist couldn't communicate with me & explain the services. She walked me over to the private room & didn't say a word to me, closed the door & that was it. She walked in and kinda told me to get undressed as that was what I could barely understand. After 5 min she walked out of the room because someone in the outside was yelling something out to her. She walked out and someone else came in. This lady state the other had an appointment.
