A hidden Gem...after waking up with a horrible tweaked neck I called at the end of day 6 desperately seeking relief. It was 630ish and was not able to see the acupuncturist as she was gone for the day but was able to get a massage. Acupuncturist indicated that if I still had pain I could come back the next day. Inevitably I did have to go back as day 7 was only minimally better. I was desperate and she only had a window available during the time I had to pick up my kids. I brought them but realized quickly it wasn't going to work out with my kids hanging around. I asked her to give me the 15 minutes to drop by kids off and come back as I lived close. She did and held my appointment. And I was so grateful that she need. She massaged my neck, kneading the tight spot then followed up with the acupuncture. I woke with 70% of thr pain gone and it diminished over the next few days. Should I find myself feeling that way again, I am sure to go back. This place was recommended by a co-worker who was on a worker's compensation rehabilitation. I requested a massage therapy for my arthroscopic shoulder surgery after months of rehab. With the PT it loosen my shoulder, but I was still experiencing a bit of pain. Over several massage therapy with Lina (owner) my pain subsided over several treatments. I will be honest with you the first few therapy was painful but after two days the shoulder felt great. I went here because my original place I always go to didn't have time for me. I always go an hour or so before closing time because it is really the only time I can go and relax. I called ahead of time to make sure it's alright for an hour foot massage and they were cool with it. This location is right next to Young Dong and it's fairly small. I opt for the chairs as I am pregnant but I don't mind as I strictly love a good foot massage. First gripe is they have a lamp on at the front desk which is a bit bright in the room. I didn't really like the brightness of it even with a towel covering my eyes. A woman (I assume was the owner) started my massage as there were only 2 other workers there that were busy with other people. I really liked her as she worked on the pressure points which are my weakness, the other place doesn't focus as much. She did my face and arms but when the other worker finished with his customer, he went to finish the massage for me. My second issue was I don't think he washed his hands... he went straight to me after he finished with his customer. I didn't hear any water running or anything indicating that he had washed his hands... well the good thing was he had to do my feet and legs.. But boy he was really soft on me (maybe he was tired? I felt bad), I had to tell him to apply more pressure and after he did I was really in foot heaven. The pressure on my swollen prego feet felt soooo nice. He sat me up and finished off on my shoulders which were excellent as well. My last gripe was this didn't last a full hour, it was more like 50 minutes. I understand it went passed closing time but I called ahead to make sure it's alright to fit me in. My husband paid and tipped them $20 each because he felt bad and I actually liked my massage. I will come back because I am into those pressure point massage, but if they shorten my time again then this will be a one star place for me. read more

I'm loving this new foot massage joint in Chino Hills. I called prior to going in and the staff seemed very nice and accommodating. When I showed up, one of the owners and her daughter were sitting in the chairs but took me immediately to mine. A gentleman came out and asked me which massage I preferred. I chose to get the $20 massage which included 40 minutes on head, neck, shoulders and feet. I then was whisked away to a private back room where I got a thorough rub on my back and legs. When I was done, I was so relaxed and feeling great. The only draw backs to this location is that it is VERY air conditioned so come with a light sweater so you wont be distracted by the cold. Also, clients come in talking loudly and I think the staff should tell them to whisper while others are getting their massages. Otherwise, I think Foot Heaven is just heavenly indeed! read more

Last year I used a portion of it and had a balance of $30. 2 months ago I went in for an hour foot massage and the owner gave me a hard time with the gift certificate. I tried to see it from a business standpoint but can't understand why she refused to honor it. I tried to reason with her and she agreed to let me use $20 of it and said the rest of the $10 is expired. The quality of the massage has gone down and she does not have enough 'therapists' so she has to do the massages too. That makes her unpleasant. Went in for a 1 hr massage with Michael and it was amazing! I have a lot of tight muscles that contribute to lower back pain and knots in my upper back and shoulders. Michael really worked the knots out and got in my muscles and i felt so loose and relaxed after. I was able to stand upright with no low back pain or stiffness.
