I absolutely love this store. Ever since my sister introduced me to it 2 years ago, I've been using their body lotions all the time. I have recently learned I'm no longer allergic or have any reaction to perfume! I didn't know one could recover from this issue on your own naturally without any medical intervention. I'm loving 3 particular perfumes here and I mix and match them together. You can find them in Bloomingdale's but I like their stand alone store, they're more knowledgeable and better selection! They're quite pricey but worth it. 3 medium size perfumes and a body lotion will cost you about $500, which will last about a year. Worth every penny! Highly recommend. read more

Overhyped or maybe I'm just not intrigued enough for the cologne world. The cologne doesn't last long. It's overselling the hype and luxury of it all. I'm not sure if I heard from other reviews right that they let you try everything out for an hour before making a final purchase. I'll say one good thing is that each spray doesn't use much, so it lasts but pricey. Your experience is so highly dependent on who serves you. The first night I arrived I was waited on by the nicest ladies, which makes all the difference in the world. Their selection of perfumes to choose from was vast and you can layer scents on top of each other. I had such a great time, I came back several days later. The only lady in the store was the store manager, who was waiting on an important delivery. While I did not get the attention I deserved and she rushed me through my experience, I would still come back for a fragrance here for the other two ladies. read more

Just received an order of miniatures for birthday gifts and they came exactly on the day promised. Plus I got extra free sample scents for myself. My friend was talking about wanting something from here. So we finally went and the first time we went the sales people were nice but let us do what we wanted first, basically smell every tested to see what we like and don't like. My friend was torn on a few scents. When we were finally towards trying to decide on 3 different scents the nice gentleman Julien helped us out. He told us you can layer them. He was paying attention to each scent we spoke about while we were testing. He layered a few and my friend picked 2 that she loved. We found out that they do an arm and hand massage! Definitely go get one. My BF has allergies so I can't get anything, which is probably my only saving grace from buying the whole store! I am testing one scent out to see if he notices and says anything. If not, I'll be back! If you want a specialized scent for yourself this is the place to go! You can pick something very specific to your liking. The sales staff are NOT pushy and don't follow you as you look at everything but they are very quick to answer any questions you have and help you. I hate going to a store where every 3 minutes they ask you if you looked at XYZ or if you need anything. Then again everyone is different. Some people need more attention than others. Oh so today we went and got the hand and arm massage. It was amazing! Absolutely loved it Do yourself a favor and book one. If my BF wasn't hypo sensitive to scents I would so get the orange bitters candle. I also get other things too like the peony scent. read more

Jo Malone is awesome. They have a nice variety of scents and are unisex rather than gendering the products. I didn't expect myself to enjoy a basil based cologne until trying it at their store. I liked the setup for sampling the fragrances. The pricing is in line with other upscale perfumes and colognes. The packaging if you are buying the fragrance as a gift is great. read more

I came here to see if they have the smaller size for the Rare Tea collection, since I really liked the Darjeeling scent but felt reluctant to buy the 175ml bottle. Great news is they do have 75ml, so I bought it together with a $95 trio with 3 scents (one 30ml two 9ml) which is a great deal! Deborah was very helpful with introducing this year's limited editions, and she gave me three samples as gifts! I was very grateful because two of the samples were actually normal sized products. I would suggest anyone interested in Jo Malone products to shop in the flagship stores rather than department stores. Service is just million times better and you get more for your $$$! read more

I went to this location because it is located close to my home and they were having a holiday event. I was extremely excited about attending the event, but left deflated.The salesman was helpful in showing me the difference in the fragrances. However, unlike other customers I did not receive an offer of refreshments nor was I immediately offered the free holiday gift with purchase. Further, I bought a candle and didn't receive the detailed instructions that I've overheard other salespeople give other clients. I enjoy Jo Malone, but unfortunately I will have to trek to Saks to get the attention that I need. I wish I could go to the location within walking distance of my home, but in order to get real customer service, I can not. read more

He took his time, he explained things to me and provided excellent suggestions based on my feedback. He wasn't a pushy sales person and it didn't seem like he was just going through the motions to get a sale.
