Relume is such a fun, cute store. You can make charm jewelry there, but they have so much more, such as books, jewelry, housewares, clothing, and other assorted gift items. While I wish there were more silver charms, we all ended up choosing charms to pair with a gold chain. My group visited Relume to make charm bracelets one weekend and the space is really cute. They have some interesting and fun items through the store that can be purchased, and then an area on the other side for candle or charm bracelet making. We were told what to do and how to pick our charms and left to it, then helped again when it was time to put the charms on. This was a very DIY experience. Unfortunately, some of my group has said their charms came off and our custom charm completely bled and faded, but overall it was a good time. read more

Love this little crafty and self-care shop and only wish it was closer to me (NW location please!) The staff is always so kind and they have the best gifts for someone or yourself that you could need. I came here for a watercolor class and learned that they have drop in crafting where you can make your own jewelry with charms or do individual watercolor painting with the premade sheets they have. That might have been easier to follow than trying to make the best thing possible in a class. Love how hands on the classes are and that they have a variety of mediums for you to try your hand at most things without investing a significant amount of time or money. read more

Came to Relume for a quasi birthday party and had the best time! I contacted Relume's team about 4-6 weeks from the date. I planned charm making for 10 girlfriends and Relume responded immediately and set everything up. They were super fast and responsive and we booked our time to make charm bracelets/necklaces/purse chains etc. We arrived and got started quickly. The team walked us through what to do. There are SO many cute charms to choose from and also great links to choose from. The price is $25 for a chain ($10) and ($15) for charms which range in price from $3-$15. If you go over the $15 allocated for charms you just pay the difference. $10 for a chain regardless of if you make a necklace or bracelet is so reasonable. We easily spent 2 hours making our charms necklaces and overstayed our time as the store was closing but the team was SO nice and accommodating and let us stay without pressure or rush to finish. This is also just a super cute store with great little gifts. Everything from jewelry to sunglasses to cocktails to art. It's a great place to pick up something cute for yourself or others. They place great music and the store has great vibes all around. Definitely a store for the girls! I absolutely love the charm necklace I made and can't wait to come back to make a bracelet. read more

I have 0 idea how you could not love this place. Everything in the store is cute, fun, and unique - and is reasonably priced. They also have a section where you can pick out a "blind date with a book" - definitely will be my weakness whenever I stop in. My friends and I also came in for a candle making workshop, sooo fun - and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved this little DIY jewelry-making shop near the Eastern Market. It's very quaint and well-lit. It's a little bit inconspicuous, but I was with my friends from outta-town and showing them around Sunday marketplace when we found this little shop and wanted to escape the heat for a little. My friends ended up making charm bracelet/necklace there on their work benches! There seemed like a good selection of charms and lots of different chains to select. With it being the weekend, the staff had a lot to do and what we thought would be 45 min was more like 80 min between waiting for staff to cut chain or for more guidance. So don't be in a rush when you come on a weekend!! It felt cool to put it together. They also had other trinkets, wrapped books that's a secret title (but you get an idea of the genre), and others! i! love! small! owned' businesses!! Relume opened a few months ago and it is not one of my favorite places to visit after walking around Eastern Market on Saturdays. Their contemporary, colorful, funky style is so fun and I want all the decor in my apartment to be from here! The staff is friendly and often very funny. They have adorable crafting tables set up that anyone is welcome to use with supplies for things like bracelet making!! While a little pricey because it's a small owned business in which everything is curated, supporting them to keep them in the neighborhood always feels well worth it! Definitely take your time looking at all the details and knick knacks in the place, it's always worth it. read more

This shop is too cute! I came tonight for the sip & shop and everything is sooooo curated and cute. The owner Lily is super nice and welcoming. They had watercolour painting available for only $5 per person! Such a fun and enjoyable date night. They also have friendship bracelets available to make.
