Found them on Instagram, read the reviews, and decided to check them out. I am glad I did!!! I love my nails! I got a Gel Pedicure and SNS (the dipping powder) because I've noticed that for me, personally SNS can withstand the test of time (vs. Gel polish... LOL). I called and made an appt with Tiffany, she did a wonderful job, but they all worked together. Joe took off my previous SNS while Tiffany did my pedicure then she completed my nails. Great customer service, friendly, and inexpensive (well to me because I'm used to paying $60 for just a Acrylic Full Set with Gel polish elsewhere so, $50 for SNS and $40 for the Gel Pedicure is not bad at all). Previously, I was traveling all the way to Woodbridge to get my nails done because I knew I'd be satisfied and I tried two other nail salons in Manassas (it's safe to say they didn't make the cut). If you're looking for exceptional customer service and nails like the girls on Pinterest, I would DEFINITELY recommend that you try this place! I went around one week ago, and a lady that worked there completely messed up my eyebrows. I told her I just wanted to get the hairs from underneath my brow (that was already shaped) and she completely waxed them way too thin and to top it off she left one of my eyebrows with a line with no hair in between, when I asked her why in the world did she leave them like that she proceeded to say "Your eyebrows are like that" and I wanted to just scream and have a fit but instead I just said "They surely did not look like this before I came in here" I can't believe she even charged me for ruining my eyebrows. I gave her zero tip, simply because I had to pay to have my eyebrows ruined. read more

By far the best experience ever!!! I love how attentive and professional the service was. When I left, my hands and feet felt like SILK! The polish was evenly done to perfection with a nice shiny finish. I'm a visitor from California and get my nails done every two weeks and have never experienced this level of service. I love love LOVE this salon! GO SEE EMILY OR KATHY! I feel so comfortable here. I am in the beauty industry as well so I can always notice things that the public wouldn't such as sanitation etc. These ladies are top notch for a reasonable price! The salon is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I drive all the way from Warrenton every two weeks religiously to see Emily for a fill and a pedicure. She is the only nail tech in the area that keeps up with the latest fashion trends, does the best designs, AND she is the only tech I've ever sat with that can do "stiletto nails" perfectly. The pedi chair are so comfy and you never have to worry about the loud talking across the salon. I got my mom and best friend going there now, and I will never go anywhere else. Unfortunately my friends and I will never visit this salon again. Four of us went to the salon because of their advertised "Girls Night Out" package, which includes Manicure, Spa Pedicure, Champagne, and Chocolate for $55/person. This advertisement is in their brochure, on their website, and in their salon. We booked our appointment two weeks in advance, as requested, and when we arrived they looked at us like we were nuts. Regardless, we stayed and sat down to enjoy our pedicure. The chairs were okay, and when my friends inquired about the champagne, they told us they were not allowed to serve alcohol in the salon because they needed a liquor license. WTF? How can you advertise in your brochure AND on your freaking salon wall and not follow through? Instead, they brought us some nasty sugary sparkling crap in a Styrofoam cup. As far as chocolate, the only chocolate to be seen was in a large Valentine's Day heart-shaped box...and it was the end of April. In regards to my pedicure, they did okay. I got a full set of nails in which my French manicure had crooked lines. $55 later I was sadly disappointed. I wouldn't visit here unless you want a quick mani or pedi and don't expect any extras. read more

This place is awful. I went for a pedicure and was greeted very coldly by the owner (I didn't find out until later that she was the owner). She told me to pick out my polish and after literally 3 seconds she said, very rudely, "Ready yet?" After rushing me to the chair she got up several times to answer phone calls, talk to other technicians and oddly enough to check a cooked pig that was on display for a holiday they were celebrating. A man walked the pig over to her at my chair and she poked and touched the pig with her bare hands and then went right back to doing my pedicure which is disgusting. Towards the end of the pedicure another client asked about buying a lotion they use and my technician told her it wasn't for sale. The client asked if she could ask the owner and that's when I found out my technician was the owner. After a mediocre pedicure I went to hand her my credit card and she informed me that their credit card machine was broken. Well, that was all I had to pay with besides a few dollars that I was planning to use for a tip. When I asked her why she didn't tell me before the pedicure she got very nasty with me and grabbed the card from my hand and said "I'll try it!" Of course, it worked just fine and I left with the few dollars I went in there with. The only tip I gave her was to work on improving her customer service skills. I will never set foot in that place again. read more

I've tried a LOT of nail places in the area and I like this one b/c my manicures last 5-7 days every time vs. every other salon where I get ONE DAY out of it. I drive from Haymarket just to go to this place and it's been great service, every time over the years. Every technician I have had has been professional, courteous and has given me a great mani and/or pedi. I don't normally use massage chairs but their new ones are worth the trip alone!! read more

I stopped by this salon for a quick mani and pedi because it was in a convenient location. As soon as the owner ripped my hang nail down the side of my toe causing me to wail in pain I should have left. Why would someone attempt to rip out a hang nail rather than cut it off? I let her finish the pedicure but I should have my head examined for this. Now I have a nasty puss-filled infection in my toe thanks to her incompetency. She also cut so much cuticle off that I have little scabs around my nail beds. Avoid this place!!! read more

I needed my nails painted for a special occasion because I am certainly incapable of doing it myself. I stumbled upon Couture Nails when I drove to my prior nail salon to find they were out of business (shows how often I get a manicure). Well, I was the only customer so I was welcomed warmly and seated right away. It wasn't the most luxurious manicure I have ever received, so if you are looking to be pampered I would request a higher level treatment (I ordered the basic manicure for $12). But, there are two major reasons why I will go back to Couture Nails. First, and most important in my opinion, the equipment used was taken directly out of a sealed sterile bag. Second, it has been 4 days and my nails still look great! I cook, clean, do dishes, bathe children, etc. and my color is always chipping the next day. This is (by far!) the longest lasting polish I have ever had...they must be doing something right! read more

This place is not somewhere to go if you want your nails done right! I have gone there twice and will never go back. The service is rushed and the results show! My first full set uv gel was done poorly...my tips were unevenly filed down and it looked weird. My gel was on my cuticles and started peeling off.
