This was a really disappointing experience. Three of my fingers were left battered by the technician, and you can still see the spots that were bleeding. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but when my dip powder nails started peeling off after just one week, I felt I had to say something. I've been getting dip nails for years and have never had them lift like this. I'm not sure if the management has changed since they first opened, but the experience was definitely not the same. Had the worst experience on my first visit. Will never go back and will not recommend anyone to waste their time and money at such place.

I used to be a regular. I loved this place, but then twice in a row, I got a fungus. At first I didn't think much of it since I've never had it before, but did my best to keep my nails healthy. Then, after the second time I decided I needed medical assistance so I went to the dermatologist - she confirmed it was a fungus and to avoid going to the salon and let my nails heal. That took trimming my nails down so short it hurt, twice daily fungus applications and keeping track of all this for 3 months. When I contacted Julie, she was apologetic, but said she thought her sanitation process "was just fine". Clearly not if I was able to contract a fungal nail infection after 2 visits. I hate to write this but I needed to share so if you see the bubbles on your nails, DON'T LET THEM GLUE IT - ITS A FUNGUS! Split nails, bubble and what lols like frayed nails below your nail bed are the signs. I stayed out of salons for 4 months total. And if the salon does have proper protection protocols, this wouldn't have spread. read more

I cannot rate this nail salon higher because they are the the absolutely number one spot in the area!!! They provide absolutely great service to everyone and everyone loves them in the area!!! Dana is my nail technician and she does an amazing job and I would not want anyone else to do my nails!!! Julie is the owner of the shop and she is just phenomenal!!!! She also does nails and does a fantastic job!!!!! She cracks jokes all of the time with her customers and she makes everyone laugh and it's amazing because she keeps everyone on their toes and she does a wonderful job with everyone!!! I love this place and I will be coming here for the rest of my life because they are amazing. They are just simply amazing!!! I love all of the ladies here!!! I just wish I could've gotten my picture with Cindy as well!!! I love all of you gals here, though, so don't worry, I will get pictures of you all one day... I love all of you so much!!! I showed a photo of the nail styles I wanted which included multiple colors and the front desk went ahead and kindly offered to pick out all of the colors necessary which was done with accuracy. I ended up getting a regular mani since the technician kindly made me aware that I shouldn't have the polish if there was a possibility of surgery for my upcoming birthing day. Quality: Clean and top notch. The technicians seem consistent. There was not a feeling of rush or money hunger present rather genuine attentiveness to my nail desire and informative concern. My true rating is a 4.5 but since I had to make a choice I rounded up. The good - the vibes here are different. You know how most nail salons give you the vibe they are talking about you in another language? Or if not talking, judging you on something. Not here. The lady at the front desk, Julie, was so sweet and welcoming. She asked me if I was chilly and then tucked me in with a blanket. The lady that did my pedi was also very kind and her massage was top notch. Now for the half star - I asked for a gel removal on my toes and a pedi with a shine buff rather than polish. I also told them my nails are paper thin so please be very gentile with removal. They were A-Ok with this plan. The lady doing my pedi used a gritty nail file to "buff" my toe nails. There was no shinny buffing. My nails came out looking really dull and thin. Because I am confident that if I communicate my preferences when I return they will be very kind and attentive, I rounded up to a 5 star. Just went to check this new salon in the area to give it a try and i am so glad that I did!! I am so in love! First, making the appointment was so easy and also got a confirmation reminder from Julie. As you walk in the salon is very clean, cute, and spacious. The esthetics of the salon is very modern and pretty looking. Julie greeted me right away as I walked in and asked me to pick a color then I was introduced to Susan. It only got better and better from here. Julie and Susan were so incredibly kind to me! I have some spots on my legs that all other nail salons have made me feel so very uncomfortable about, but not Julie or Susan! They both made me feel at ease and they don't know how much that meant to me, just the fact that they were so kind about it. My technician was Susan and she was so sweet and just incredibly kind to me. She did such a great job from cleaning my toes to massaging to applying polish! She made conversation and was very pleasant to interact with! For my regular pedicure that was $45, it included the following: cleaning of toes, sugar scrub, massage, paraffin on the heels, stone massage, hot towels, and color polishing of toes. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, especially Susan! Julie (I assume the manager or the owner of this salon) was very professional and kind to all the customers and staff that I saw her interact with! Although I had a favorite nail salon, I tried this place today with a friend because it's much closer to home. I am so glad that I did. The service was fantastic and we both really enjoyed it. The people were very nice and very professional and knew what they were talking about. The facility was impeccably clean. I watched them scrub out the pedicure tubs with a brush and soap, even though they had lined the tub with plastic. Their basic manicure and pedicure include cooling scrub, heated lotion, and a hot rock massage, just as an example. Incredible. It would be very tough to beat this salon. 100% recommend! read more

10 Stars!! This nail saloon is set up for the customers happiness. Immaculate, they keep the entire store clean, designed to relax the customer. Every tech I've sent are experts. This saloon is unique in the fact that they don't rush you in and out the door, and they took their time during the mani and pedi with a massage for both!! Came for the first time with a friend. Julie greeted me at the door and told me about the kind of pedicures they offer. She has the most amazing customer service and is just SO kind. Lucy was the one that did my pedicure. She gave me an amazing massage and took care of my horrible feet! I wear heals a lot so if u know u know. I felt like a princess. I had acrylic nails and they don't do it here so I couldn't get a manicure. Julie analyzed my nails and she let me know we could remove it but she wouldn't know what's underneath.
