During my visit here, I looked throughout the store but especially in the women's clothing and home goods. The shelves and racks appeared to be fully stocked and organized. The prices were reasonable. For example, I saw a pack of several pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for $22, a Henckels ceramic pan for about $25, a 6-pack of Skechers socks for several dollars, a nice sundress for $18, and a Michael Kors purse for $63. Those bargains were tough to pass up (I am still thinking about them!), but I did buy a cellphone cord and a dog toy. The cashier rang up my purchase properly.

I find it odd that they have now moved the fitting rooms to the front of the store and there is no one really there to man them now. The outside envelopes came back without seals (their mistake) and we had to hand seal most of the envelopes ourselves. Due to COVID, our order was delayed (which is understandable), so we were pressed for time for that reason and needed to get our invitations out ASAP. A number of them unfortunately opened in the mail. We called to see if they could help in any way (and even offered to pay full price for reprints, etc.) and they told us "it wasn't urgent" and essentially that it's our problem not theirs.

I did not find any regularly priced merchandise that I liked, but I decided to purchase two shirts that were on clearance. At the checkout counter, an employee promptly scanned my shirts and processed my payment. She kindly thanked me for my purchase. In the store, I had held the shirts up to me, and they looked as if they would fit my body. At home, however, when I tried on the shirts, one was too small and one was too large, although they were the same size. I concluded that Gap has inconsistent sizing. Well, I spent only $16 total on the two shirts, and I will donate them to charity.

The sales girl and floor manager would not listen to us and refused to exchange a pink jacket that was given as a gift online to my granddaughter for her birthday. I was really taken back by her attitude towards us and unwillingness to help us. She insisted we were unable to exchange an item purchased online that was a gift. I got this off their website when I got home: (Returning or Exchanging a Gift Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? We can help you exchange it for another item or a gift card). Clearly she needs educated about her place of employments policies. Unbelievable and ignorant!
