I attempted to use a gift card that ended up having issues. Natalie, the cashier assisting me, held my items without judgement as I called the company outside. When I came back in with the unfortunate news that the card was unusable and I could only buy some of what I originally intended, Natalie offered to put whatever I couldn't buy back on the shelves and gave me privacy while I sorted through my items. What could have been a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation turned into a reminder of why Michael's is my favorite craft store. Natalie is a shining example of excellent customer service. Definitely visit and patronize this location!

looked up a frame store to see who could frame my wedding bouquet and found these guys on yelp…read more they were great, professional, kind, willing to work with me when things got difficult. I took photos of my bouquet before I took it apart to dry each of the flowers. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to put it back to together exactly the way it was, but they did! they did such a great job putting my brooches back in the bouquet as well. The frame itself is custom made of course with the wood and colors I wanted to match. fast forward to about a year later (marriage didn't work out) and the owner was very gracious as I reluctantly wanted them to take their awesome work back. The owner gave me the opportunity to at least keep the frame (even willing to change up the look) to repurpose it as they couldn't refund the money. He hung on to it for me for months (and gave me back my brooches) before I made the decision of giving it up entirely. I thought at least they could keep it at their store as a wonderful example of their work on their first framed wedding bouquet.

Had a terribly disappointing experience there. Found the perfect coffee table on display with a…read morenote on it that said something to the affect of "not available purchased 10/25/25" Well...it's now March 2026! and it is still on display! So in my mind, if it's still on display, it should be available after 6 mos of no pickup. Went to the desk and was told the person who "bought" the table moved out of state and I was assured they were coming to get it..... As a business owner myself, why would you risk disappointing a customer like that? If the item sold, take it off the floor, or put a SOLD sticker on it with no date. Then, to add insult to injury, you tell me the buyer is out of state and you are not even sure if they are coming to get the table but you won't sell it to me. How about we call the table buyer right now because I have cash in hand today to buy it? How about you don't say to me "Wow I know it's tough when you get your heart set on something." That's NOT helping, sir. What could have been a great ending has turned into a YELP review, and not a good one. Come on Liberty Hollow, do better!

It's one of those places where a lot of different people have little shops to purchase things from. Some things are newer and handmade, but there are a lot of old antique kinds of things, too. I would say this is a great place to spend an hour or two looking around when you're not in a hurry.

I tried to buy fall seasonal flowers to make my own wedding bouquet here to save money and when I got to check out and realized the cost I was absolutely shocked and changed my mind. Ended up getting one on Etsy for less than half the price. Those same flowers were being sold for super cheap a few months later. A lot of the crafting stuff tends to be affordable here with sales, especially scrapbooks supplies.

This was such a cute event, and the ornaments were reasonably priced. I love how they featured local artists at this event, so that we were able to interact with them and create a one-of-a-kind ornament together.
