I wanted to add some flare to my new space so I decided to look for fabric to cover the ugly tan. As many people know, I am big into animal rescue and I have three dogs of my own. I was originally looking for some paw print or rescue themed fabric. Well, one of my beautiful pups is a Dalmatian. And there sitting in the white fabric section was a Dalmatian print fabric. No hesitation, grabbed it and got it cut. The price wasn't too bad either! And now my office space looks less boring! The place was kind of busy when I was there, but the ladies working made the line a quick experience and I got on my way very quickly. Everyone was nice and polite as well!

What could have been a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation turned into a reminder of why Michael's is my favorite craft store. Natalie is a shining example of excellent customer service. Definitely visit and patronize this location!

He's been doing this since he was a young teenager and you can tell. Don't let the "messy" workshop fool you, I am sure the owner has a system going on. The costs are super reasonable and he won't oversell you on repairs or treatments. He charged $7 for a shoe shine and to apply dye to the heel and edges of shoes. He also charged about $60 to repair 2 pairs of dress shoes, including replacing the rubber heel covers for both shoes and also doing some repairs on the sole (without needing to re-sole). He seems like an honest and hardworking individual and I will be going back to him for any future shoe repair needs.

He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family.
