All surrounding stores were sold out. I went to shop in the aisles first and looked at the ornaments but didn't see a possum. I thought if they were really cute I might pick up another one. But didn't see one. When I went to the counter to pick up my order, the manager so kindly apologized that he spent at least 10 minutes looking for the possum ornament. I thanked him so much for trying to find it. I did end up buying 2 different ornaments because they were marked down to $2 which was less than the price when I shopped online. Although I was unable to get the item I ordered I really appreciated the managers excellent customer service.

They also have a really nice selection of buttons that you won't find elsewhere. Jim, the owner, said they were caused by his machine. I left the shirts there for the spots to be removed. Two weeks later, I went to pick them up. Spots were still there, though they were lighter, but still very noticeable. I told him we could not accept the shirts in that condition especially since we paid $110 for them. I was told in a cocky, smart-ass manner he would not discuss it or make it good. I did receive a full refund, BUT what a crappy way to run a business and treat customers. He immediately offered to send it home for 2 or 3 days so we could make a decision on a color while surrounded by our other furnishings. He did the necessary paperwork and we were on our way.
