They always keep it looking neat and spotless. For a store with such a wide array of merchandise scattered throughout, it is very organized. They frequently have sales on furniture, so if there is something you are eyeing, it's probably safe to say if you wait a week or two, you can get it cheaper then. The woman who picked up declared that they open at 11:00 and hung up on me before I could tell her that their actual hours on their website state otherwise. So, we waited an hour and came back and went inside this time. There was the manager, still with the nastiest attitude ever, acting beyond put out that she had to grab a bag and hand it to me. That woman needs a serious attitude adjustment. And maybe they could update their hours online?!

Some set in Bezel style, traditional and lots of loose stones. I liked the raw stones before they are treated. I got a little lesson on the different minerals that made the sapphire more green or yellow or pink as well.
