I would have been fine with the same ring or maybe some customer service by being genuine about not one but TWO of the same ring having the stones fall out. This isn't your typical fabric store- big box or otherwise. What sets Frugal apart is that these ladies accept some fabrics as donations and sell. But don't mistake that for low quality. The fabric selection here is impressive AND affordable. While my home leans neutral with rustic woods, concrete and stone, I love to funktify it with pops of color. I don't sew, but I do love beautiful fabric and walking into Frugal F. felt like heaven. The colors, the heft, the textures- especially the pieces I picked up, were delicious. It's a hidden gem for crafters and quilters- neither of which I am, but I'm so glad I came here- plus these ladies know their stuff. Their picture framing department staff can recommend matting and frames that will compliment your photo or whatever you need mounted. I read some reviews. True, it's a large store and some items aren't marked with a price. But, they do have a large inventory and not everything is based on an industrial usage. There are what used to be called rainy day projects for children. Maybe they'll learn motor skills and knowledge that could be considered transfer of training later in life.
