It has ample parking and I just feel like the office is nicer in general. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it. Danielle is really the best, I never feel like I'm at a doctors visit. We just talk throughout the whole thing and she always remembers any questions I have before I even ask them. I definitely recommend this office. Worth the travel. This practice is extremely clean and welcoming. I like this location much better than their other office in Verona. When we called and left a message for further follow-up, no one called back for several days. Never go here, they won't treat you right, and if anything happens, they don't have time for you. When we asked for the first cancellation, we were told to call back everyday in the morning, and beg them for an appointment. This is simple negligence. Dr. Leon Smith performed it for me and it was not painful at all. Dr. Smith is very confident with the procedure which made us very comfortable about doing it. The results were all positive and overall the communication and receptionists have been timely and great. The charges to my insurance have also been reasonable and we didn't have to shell out so much out of pocket.

Heard Dr. Russo through the walls chatting a lot with other patients, guess they are going to be double billed too! Stay away from any Summit Health doctors, or inquire about billing upfront.
