She service will not have "Joanna" coming out to clean your home. Often it's another person to whom she's farmed out the project. Problem with this is that the individual that the cleaning project was farmed out to, will not have the requisite cleaning experience in what types of solutions/chemicals to use to remove stains off of different surfaces. Furthermore, you're expecting someone who has a vested interest in making sure the work is done well because they have ownership stake in the company. WELP, I can tell you if you're farming out the work, well then you're not getting the individual who truly cares. read more

When we first moved into our Chicago apartment, we did so sight unseen. When we arrived, we were surprised to learn that our 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom had no tub, but invisible all-glass walk in showers, that I simply have not been able to get clean. Simply put I gave up, opened Yelp, and started getting quotes. Back East we used cleaning services, but truly didn't like not having the same team in our home - as it was always quite inconsistent, so we never found quite the right fit. Joanna is definitely consistent. Every. Single. Time. When my older cat was ill, she was also super attentive to his needs, and used only green cleaning products as to not create fumes for him. As well, she was delicate around his spaces - so he didn't feel out of sorts. She truly has a great attention to detail, and has taken the frustration of those darn showers off of my shoulders. I have no idea how she does it, but when she leaves, they're invisible showers again. At this point, we are using her monthly, and plan to while we're in Chicago. Her site specifically states that she provides weekly cleanings but when you reach out to her she repeatedly says "I'm booked for next two months, sorry can't help with your request." So this time I informed her I was WELL aware of her availability and asked to schedule weekly cleanings for the next several months starting with her first availability. Here was her response........ She spent 3 hours cleaning and her rate was very reasonable compared to other companies I looked at. She cleaned all the windows which was great.
