    I truly wanted to love this company. As a Latina family-owned local business, they represent everything I strive to support--and with their many positive reviews, I had high hopes. I booked a super deep clean in preparation for the arrival of our second baby, just days away. Communication was smooth, and the booking process was easy. I spoke with a representative beforehand to outline our needs, and when the technician arrived, we went over everything again in person. She was kind and professional. However, after the 4-hour cleaning session, I was disappointed to find several areas left untouched. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to inspect the home before the technician left. Our hardwood floors throughout the house were not mopped, the sofa wasn't vacuumed under the cushions, the kitchen island still had breakfast crumbs, and the outside of the refrigerator was untouched. The bathroom sink, the area around and behind the toilet, the vents, and one ceiling fan were also not cleaned. My husband and I ended up having to clean these areas ourselves. I reached out to the company and provided photo evidence. They offered a re-clean, but I wasn't comfortable having them return. Instead, I asked for an itemized breakdown of the deep clean charges and a refund for the services that weren't completed. I felt that was a fair request, as some parts of the cleaning had been done. Unfortunately, I was told they have a strict no-refund policy. This was especially disappointing, given the $414 cost plus the generous cash tip I provided. When I declined the re-clean, they offered two complimentary deep cleans for future use, but I declined--I do not wish to have them return. It pains me to write this, as I was genuinely excited to support this business. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to others. This has been such a stressful experience. I am extremely pregnant with a scheduled delivery in 4 days. I booked this appointment, spent good hard earned money in order to help and all it did was cause stress to me and I'm sure my baby too. I now see that per their responses on google review that do not care about providing good customer service. Just pretty much a BS response on how they will reflect and do better.

    INCREDIBLE DEEP CLEAN SERVICE!!! they had such great attention to detail, even folded the toilet paper! I was blown away by the amount of care & detail they took on every room. Our shower & kitchen looked absolutely spotless in about 3-4 hours. Would def book again. Highly recommend !!

    Thorough cleaning of the bathroom and attention to detail with the towel folding.

    Val's has helped me get my place clean, even on a day's notice. I really appreciated their assistance. Most recently, Sandra helped clean my apartment. She was friendly, professional, thorough, and detail oriented.

I asked them to send someone else. I loved the second cleaner and had her for the longest time and she randomly stopped coming. They never even told me if they fired her or she left. I asked them to please not send anyone else besides her because she was the only one who did a good job. After a few times of her not showing up (they pretended she was just sick and kept sending other people) they had to fess up that she no longer worked there. Every person besides this one girl did horrible work. The company has so much turnover that I believe they also have bad working conditions. I think the owners pocket most of the money and pay their employees poorly which is why they cannot retain staff. I clearly wrote in the messages (screenshot attached below) that I cancelled service. They will do anything not to wrong their rights or help their customers. The cleaner literally admitted to me her vacuum was broken and the owner then claimed that was a lie and it worked fine. I then vacuumed myself with my own vacuum because I didn't want to leave my house so filthy after paying to have a poor job done. What pictures can I send if I already did YOUR job? You guys are a disgrace for a company LOL so go ahead and pretend that you cancelled me when you can see the text below showing I cancelled. Now I had to hire a new company which is very annoying but much better than dealing with the 2 rude owners of this place. Believe me-you can see all my reviews since I started using Yelp. It is very rare that I write a bad review and it is only with good reason. I would rather keep a cleaning company I have a multi year relationship with vs find someone new but they DO NOT care about keeping happy clients or employees. I feel bad for all the women cleaners who work here because they are underpaid and overworked. The ownership is AWFUL. Do yourself a favor and just find someone else. I have now hired Purific Cleaning Solutions and they are already 1000% times better at communicating than Get Clean. As soon as I use them I will write a review so you can see some other options. Get Clean is so rude and money hungry. Original Review: I am SO over this company. After 3 years I am finally cutting the cord. Anna and John are so unprofessional and do not care about customer service. All the workers are very sweet but they don't stay with the company due to the horrible management practices. I have been thinking about getting a new company for a while but it's been easier to just have them come biweekly. I had Ohla who was the BEST ever. She stopped working there and they didn't tell me until after sending someone to my house that I didn't know or approve. Today they sent someone new again and they didn't have a working vacuum. Mine was not charged so they couldn't even finish the job. I reached out to Anna and she said that they take care of their vacuums so it's not possible that the rug wasn't clean. I had to vacuum the house myself and asked them for a discount on my next service. She asked for photos and I said I already cleaned it myself when the cleaner left. I pay EXTRA to have them come with all the equipment and supplies. They just do what they want and do NOT care about customer service. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve Anna basically just said "okay cancel". After 3 years this is how you treat your customers? Okay I will make sure everyone in Chicago knows you guys have horrible business practices and treat your employees and customers like garbage. This is not the first time I have had issues with them but I have let a lot go. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Don't even care enough to pick up the phone and talk to your customers just cancel and be rude via text. DO not use this company. It's not worth the headache even though they do have a few employees who do a good job. (Must have left due to the owners) When I have more time I will be adding more screenshots of rude texts I have received from them.

I have never had my home professionally cleaned before, but I decided to splurge and hire CCH to clean the condo I just bought as I knew the previous owners had a child, a pet, and more likely than not wore shoes in the house. I quickly received a quote (which ended up being accurate) and set the appointment for a few hours after my closing meeting. The cleaners texted me to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and we walked through the unit together while I pointed out the areas I wanted cleaned with focus on the floors, appliances, and bathrooms. They set to work and as they completed an area, they would ask for us to review. Everything generally looked good - we pointed out some spots on the floor that were still present after that area was done and they said the spots would not come out. The floors visually looked good after they were finished, but after they left and I walked around barefoot for the rest of the night/the next morning, I found that the soles of my feet were black from dirt. I brought this up to the owner who gave me the choice of having them come back to clean the floor again (since it was within a 24 hour guarantee window) or a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund as it was inconvenient for me to have them come back. I then spent a few hours recleaning the floor myself with Bona hardwood floor cleaner (which took care of the spots as well). Over the next day I also noticed some light grime on the kitchen cabinet handles and inside the refrigerator that had been missed. I think CCH would be great for a general, surface to mid-level clean and then just do some detailed work yourself afterwards. Thank you to the owner for working with me on a resolution!

We just needed a deep cleaning for a move-out including appliances and cabinets. Realtors and buyers had come through the apartment for showings. No one had remarked on the cleanliness of the place as a major issue. Even new kitchen counters had been recently installed, so we weren't expecting major issues other than a good scrubbing of appliances. Thinking everything was fine especially for a smaller space. I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.
