*B E W A R E* Had four vehicles to wash here today. Halfway through my wash some bald dude sweeping told me that I needed to clean the leaves out of my pickup bed before coming to the car wash. A few leaves blew out as I jumped in the bed to wash the top of the truck. I had ten one dollar tokens sitting next to the machine as I was washing the engine. When I came back to finish washing and rinsing all tokens were gone. He was the only one close to my truck. He walked off cursing at me. Will never return. Worst experience ever. read more

Be extremely cautious, there are nails, screws, staples, and other metal parts scattered everywhere around the premises. Once I had noticed the first screw whilst washing our brand new truck, I continued to count at least 15 other metal parts littering the ground of the washing bay. The area we later parked at by the vacuums was just as concerning. If I had to guess, I'd say I counted more than 25 nails or screws within those two limited spaces. I threw away as many as I safely could without wearing any gloves. I understand the occasional nail or screw left behind from a work truck, but counting double digits with some looking rusty and like they had been there for some time is a big red flag. Considering this is a place meant for vehicles to frequent, I'd suggest making it vehicle friendly. Costumers won't return if they acquire a flat tire from visiting the establishment. The equipment works well and it's a decent value for a wash, so I'd hate for business to suffer because of a hazardous environment that could be easily remedied and maintained. read more

Worst experience at a self serve car wash ever. First of all, the change machines only give you tokens, which we know is a scam for making more money anyhow. Second of all, the vacuum machines are finicky with the tokens. They take them sometimes and you have to shove the coin through several times for it to work. Sometimes it registers as a quarter, instead of the $1 token piece. Third, some of the vacuums are missing heads. I didn't notice mine did not have a head until after I had put about 4 dollars into the machine. Next, the vending machine for armour all wipes and towels and such only takes tokens. But it also eats them. I lost 4 dollars to the machine before giving up and no amount of banging on it would make it release the tokens. So I used my remaining tokens on the self serve wash, which I didn't even intend to use (I only wanted to clean the inside of my car) but what else was I going to do with the tokens??? All in all I won't be going back. Money eating car wash and a waste of $15. I've tried to contact the company for a refund and have heard nothing. read more

Car wash itself was fine. But what's up with the back vacuuming area? It looks like there is an employee cleaning the inside area where you can purchase items for cleaning and 2 guys standing at the station where you pay for the drive in car wash. And there are 3....THREE cars parked where the vacuums are. This isn't a good place to park your car if you have customers that need to vacuum. I had to squeeze in next to a car and vacuum one side through the window. Very disappointed, I know they saw me struggling as well. read more

Really great place, affordable and spacious. I paid $5 for the self serve wash and it gave me a little over 12 minutes to do it. Usually other places give you about 6 mins and have to keep adding money but not here. The vacuums are AWESOME!! They picked everything up pretty great and its a clean place. Will definitely be my go to car wash. They also have the automatic car wash which imll be trying next time. read more

I went to location in Euless paid with my credit card and it kept saying it needed 2$ more so I swiped again and still nothing.

Do not use your card on the actual wash machines they charge you 10$ for 12 minutes of time when it clearly says 5$ for 12 minutes, also used card on token machine , I purchased 5$ worth of tokens and only received 2 tokens. checked my bank statement as I have been here twice in the last two weeks , was charged 10$ for 12 minutes of time twice. this place owes me 13$. I called their customer service and it goes straight to voicemail with no call back. read more

I came to shampoo my carpets at Shadygrove location, lost $2.50 ,then went to Pioneer location to shampoo the light was on it was not working lost another $2.50 lousy service, either fix them or remove them. read more

Served its purpose. The hoses spray with a good amount of pressure, although if you're "helping" you might want to just stay in the car because the pressure creates a mist around the entire car. There's a vending machine of car products (air fresheners & detailing products), there are also a few vaccuming stations. I prefer car washes where you pay someone to wash your car for you or drive through the car wash machine but bf likes to wash his fancy pants car himself even if it's at some stand alone car wash spot. read more

I've driven by this establishment a few times and was always curious as to how exactly it worked. My car was filthy and after seeing the few reviews on yelp, I decided to check it out. I wasn't in the mood to pay the usual $15 at a car wash. I was quite impressed! You pay $2 for 4 minutes of wash time. Add more money for more time. There is a selector thing that allows you to choose the chemical that the nozzle sprays. Pre-rinse, tire cleaner, high pressure wash, soapy wash, clear coat etc. There are a set of instructions (which I wish were a bit more clear) that explains the steps to follow. I was able to get my car clean for $9 ! Just takes a little bit of effort needed on my end. Took about 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend this spot. I will definitely be back. read more

This is a spray-it-down-and-brush-like-a-ninja type carwash. All of the soaps had PLENTY of product. Also, if you put in 5 bucks, you get 6 bucks worth of washing! Not sure the exact length of time, but I had noticed that I had more than 10 minutes of wash time left after I had started the scrub-down boogie. read more

This place is Devil's Rest House. Vacuums are clogged. Coin gets stuck in the coin receiver of the machine. Vacuum hoses are clogged. Knobs are missing. The panel wherever knobs are available point to wrong sections. You want to rinse---You turn knob to rinse---Wonder where's the water----"Turn around baby! The Foaming Brush is Foaming"--- Turn to Soap if you want rinse-- Nice....! Call the customer care and you have wasted some priceless moments of your precious life. read more
