Absolutely wonderful! I'm so happy I found this business on Yelp. It appears to be a DIY car wash, and that option is there, but the bay all the way to the left is Nemo's. They HAND wash your car, dry it, and vacuum and dress the interior. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Great value for the money. I will definitely be returning here and recommend it to anyone needing a great car wash, and especially those that prefer not to use the drive thru automatic car washes. read more

The first thing I will type is someone should call the Dallas Police Department on Luiz O. Pinto for his violation of City Ord. Sect 32-6. Dogs Must Be On Leash. He allows his dogs to roam around that property throughout the day without a leash. The second thing I will type is I sued Luiz O. Pinto and his "business" Nemo's Hand Car Wash in small claims court approximately a year ago. He committed perjury and I have audio recordings to prove he committed perjury. From the beginning when I met him he did not provide proper customer service. As I have learned through experience. I should have discontinued the conversation and left immediately because of the poor customer service that was provided. The following day after the "car wash." Which in my opinion was more of a car destruction. My car would not start because the electrical system was watered down from the car destruction. I went to a trusted auto shop in Dallas and I have a document in front of me that reads. "Customer states had the car washed and now the car will not start....found that the ignition was wet inside...mechanic has 20 years in the automotive industry and thinks that the damage was done from washing the inside of the car the ignition and the master window switch was damaged from being wet." The wrong products were used on the inside of the vehicle as well and the next day I went to a separate car wash company to get a professional opinion on what was done on my car. I was literally gagging inside my car because of a horrible odor that was inside my car. I had no car for months and I had to ride Dallas Area Rapid Transit. As I have learned from experience BE CAREFUL WHO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH. I've used this location several times and I can honestly say everything is good for me and I really appreciate the continued existence of self service car washes because the last thing I want is to be overcharged by the full service washes out there. There is always soap in the appropriate settings and for the soap brush and it has extra options 4 clear coats . If I'm fast I can get a good exterior wash and a vacuum for about $5 or so which is really all a car wash should ever cost in my opinion. I appreciate that this car wash is still in business and I will be coming regularly. read more

Took my 2017 Lexus RX 350 F Sport here. Did great job washing my car. Wanted to get my car waxed but needed a appointment, so next time. $35 for interior vacuum and wipe down and exterior wash. The staff pays attention to details. But only things I see is that better water bucket system. Didn't have a new batch of water and soap for every car. Might be a bit worry on dirt or other substance scratching the paint. But again it's $35 hand wash. Definitely will come back and make a appointment for a car wash and wax. I will say if you have a black car just be aware that I could see the circular wipe marks in my paint. I believe there is a certain technique that should be used on black cars when washing, but this is at a standard car wash and you use what is available.
