The rear window would not work. I was quoted $725 to fix the issue. I was under the gun because I was selling the car within a few days. I went to YouTube. and the issue came up very quickly on what was needed. I was charged $275 for the part which was the wrong part. I did not need the motor nothing wrong with it. I told the guys you need to clear the yellow code after the repair. Christian nodded his head like yup. When I was told the car was ready. I asked if code had been cleared . Yes I was told no problem. I paid the outrageous bill.. For in the car code NOT cleared . I waited 45 mins no luck. I had to leave and come back. I will never bring my car to these guys again JOKE. When I asked for a quote on replacing the springs, they suggested I get the parts myself to save some cash (I bought mine online from Sixity Auto Parts for under $20). I followed their advice, saved quite a bit (at least $140) and they did the labor for $20. The quotes I got elsewhere were over $180 as they insisted on getting parts for me (parts alone were $140). The men were very efficient worked very fast and I wasn't there long at all. They are very by the books, which is what I like. And I got my car inspected pretty quickly with no problems no issues and I'm good to go. I did have something over my plate that apparently was covering the part that says ocean state so if that happens, they do make you remove it and I believe they charged me to remove that. That's the only thing that was a little annoying because if you charged me for that, I could've just removed it myself- but I won't drop a star or anything for that because I simply believe that the service was just immaculate. But otherwise I would recommend this place you're in and out even if there's a line.
