I was dropped in a room and told to undress. I wasn't given a sheet or anything to cover myself with that could've been slid down once the technician started. When she came in, she asked me to turn on my back and raise my legs to wax between my cheeks. I expressed I'd never had it done that way for JUST between the cheeks. She shared that she'd never done between the buttocks only. After the first, very painful strip, I insisted to turn on my stomach bc I didn't want a knee-jerk reaction of accidentally kicking her. She allowed me to but had a very difficult time with removing the wax. She shared that there was some wax left, and it'll come off in the shower. Well, there's so much wax left that my butt cheeks are essentially glued together. I'll have to use oil to remove the large chunks of wax. I also question the sanitation aspect because the waxing table only had a very thin strip of paper that didn't cover the whole table. While the team was very nice, I doubt that I will return.

The hairs were too short so it shouldn't have been waxed, but not only did it hurt, it also left a mark! I wish they would have had forethought to tell me it was too short before using the wax. Obviously the wax was also too hot so that's why it left a mark. It's been two months and it's still there. I thought she was going to waive the price but she didn't.
