Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful, even when they are busier. I keep thinking that I am getting too old for this store. I think that might be just because I am certain that I am too old to wear "FCUK..." t-shirts (although I do still love my "Cheeky FCUK" t-shirt after all these years). But, even though I sometimes feel too old, I still go into this store and always find something that is feminine and flattering and still looks good on me. I recently bought some of my favorite jeans ever here, and I got a really great coat last winter (on sale!). I think I just really like the cut of their clothes - they always seem cut to flatter one's figure. Overall, they are pretty reasonably priced and they often have a great sales rack.

There were plenty of sizes and colors in stock and the store is easy to navigate around. However, the kicker for this place is that the workers paid you absolutely no mind. As in they all just congregated around the cash wrap like a high school clique. It must suck that you all are about to lose your jobs, but hey, you're still getting paid and any sort of greeting/attention would probably make a better lasting impression on your ex loyal customers. I gave it to Kelly and asked her to send it back to Rona Pfeiffer for repairs. She said she would. I was slightly apprehensive because she had moved out of her retail space into a small gallery across the street. Right before Christmas I received an empty box in the mail from HC when I called about it they told me it hadn't been fixed and oh, By the way they failed to insure. What's up with that? You are a high end jewelry store and you fail to insure your customers product? When I called to speak with her her "assistant" she basically insulted me by telling me I had only bought 3 pieces from the store and two of them were on sale. Well, I bought 4 pieces and I don't give a $@!? If they were on sale or not, I didn't put them on sale. Anyway, I hope the Covid crisis may have put her out of business because she should be. That's ugly, I know but they are ugly as well!
