Windsor was not originally on my "hit list" for stores, but I stumbled upon it and went in anyways. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I immediately experienced when I walked in. All of the Sales Reps were extremely hospitable but not pushy and overbearing. The sale was absolutely amazing as well! Jennifer Hyman and Lex were very helpful and really nice. I just had to compliment them on their level of service. My package ordered with "signature" option was lost, while USPS insisted it was delivered (happens periodically). I contacted the FOX's customer service and was basically yelled at (they implied that I lied!). Better yet, a year later I found out that bc of that one occurrence, I was placed on the "blacklist" and I can't order from them anymore! This is completely outrageous, and I make a point to let as many people as I can about it. Don't order online from them, you can get screwed for nothing as I was. Outrageous!!!
