Let me say, I'm super iffy about who does my brows because mine are incredibly thick naturally but over the years, I have gone to places that assume I want them thinned out. This location is set in a large plaza with a number of businesses nearby which affords lots of great parking. When I entered, I was greeted by Brittany at the front desk who was such a sweetheart. She let me know that since we were the only ones in the building, she would lock the door for safety purposes and I so appreciated that. The interior is so cute, filled with lots of products to check out and waxing marketing all over. Brittany guided me back to one of the rooms which was small but not cramped in any way. But this was such a great experience. They use hard wax vs. strips and I truly prefer it that way. Brittany used small pieces of wax vs. longer ones which made each pull gentler, so great.
