I've known Brendan Jobin and Jobin Roofing for over four years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most honest and trustworthy contractors I've come across. He provided an estimate on one of my properties and was incredibly thorough, transparent, and straightforward throughout the entire process. What stood out most is that Brendan genuinely prioritizes doing what's right for the customer--there's zero pressure and absolutely no upselling. I've also had multiple colleagues work with him, and every single one has had a great experience with excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship. If you're looking for a roofing company in the Portland area that offers free estimates, honest guidance, and top-tier work, I highly recommend Jobin Roofing. In my opinion, they're the best in the area. read more

On the recommendation of a former roofer, I had Benjamin from Jobin Roofing inspect my roof to check out some soft spots. He gladly inspected the roof from the attic and the top-side. No work was needed. He gave me a professional assessment at no charge. When the shingles do need replaced, I'll be calling these guys. read more

The owners are amazing and so are the estimators... ask for Isaiah he is wonderful and has been with the company since it started. Free estimates and they told me my roof didn't need replaced yet. They were so honest and trustworthy of people and as a company. Refreshing and a good experience. They also don't cut corners and they warranty their work. They are fair priced and quality work. I recommend for any roof issues or replacements! read more

Will add another 5 star review. As with all my other jobs, I reached out to my investors network and got a few recommendations. Brendan's name came up a few times. So I had a few companies come out for an estimate. Brendan was the only one that brought his ladder and went on my roof for a thorough inspection. We had to have all our trim replaced so he brought them out early just so we could paint it before installation. Extremely considerate of him. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Jobin roofing. An extremely honest and trustworthy company, the price and quality far exceeded my expectations. Everyone involved in the process was professional, courteous and kept me well informed of the process. Needless to say I highly recommend Jobin Roofing. read more

Had a new roof put on by Jobin Roofing when we bought our home in 2023. We've had issues with the moisture in the master bathroom since we purchased it. We tried solving it on our own, with no success. We finally thought we should ask Jobin if they would look at it (2025). Casey was sent out. He looked at it inside and out and ended up going to Home Depot, getting the materials, and they covered everything for us. Amazing customer service. They believe in taking care of their clients. We are so grateful. read more

I am so happy I chose Jobin Roofing to do our roof. Zac explained everything and made it so easy. They even have in house financing! Casey and the crew got our roof done in one day! Casey came back the next day to do a final clean up and even returned a few days later to fix a downspout that had come loose. Everyone in the office is so nice and great to work with! I would choose them again in a heartbeat! I can't say enough good things about them!! read more

Jobin Roofing LLC was recommended to us as after buying our new home, we had need of some major roof work. I cannot express how satisfied we are with the work they did and the professionalism they exhibited during our time working together. Casey came out first and did a very thorough examination of our roof, of which we knew had preexisting issues. He took a number of photos and then spent the time to show us the problems and walk us through all our options. He broke it down so that myself and my girlfriend, who are not roofing experts, understood what had to be done. He also helped us to understand the challenges we have, since our house is older and hasn't had major roof work in probably 20+ years. His team arrived at the scheduled time and worked hard and fast. The entire process of installing our new roof barely took 3 days, during which his team took extra effort to clean up and make sure our property looked as it did before they started. This is important to us, as our dog loves to be in our yard and we didn't want her stepping on any nails. During the installation, Casey was continually providing updates and information and made sure we were very involved. The end result is a beautiful new roof, which more importantly will keep the rain out. We cannot recommend Casey and Jobin roofing enough and hope you use them for your future needs! read more

I can't recommend Jobin Roofing enough. Today, during a veritable monsoon, I had a gutter issue. I called the office and within a half-hour Savannah had Casey at my house. He couldn't have been more helpful if I was a blood relative and this is not the first time that' I've benefited from this Olympic-caliber response time. This company doesn't just talk about customer service. They deliver customer service time and again. read more

We recently hired JOBIN Roofing to replace our shake roof with a composite roof and we couldn't be happier. JOBIN Roofing did an OUTSTANDING job, from their prompt response to our inquiry providing a detailed assessment and estimate, to the efficient and high quality work they delivered. In fact, they made expert recommendations that turned out to be important. Frank and the crew worked very hard and efficiently. They completed our roof replacement within 2 days! The entire JOBIN team were always so professional, courteous, and very friendly. Casey was our main contact throughout the process. He checked on the progress daily and kept us closely informed. Casey's expert insight, together with an enormous amount of care and passion for the quality work that he and his team delivers showed in every interaction we had with him. Choosing JOBIN Roofing was the BEST decision! Thank you so much Casey and team, our roof looks amazing! We highly recommend JOBIN Roofing! 10 stars all the way around! read more

My wife and I are so grateful that we found these guys. Casey was quick to respond after we realized we had some problems after the strong winds a few weeks ago. He was here for about an hour and not only did he explain everything that he was doing but he took pictures to show me to prove his work which we appreciated. Overall, we would use Jobin Roofing again, as a matter of fact he is the only roofer we would use from here on out because of his honesty, hardwork, and very affordable prices. Thank You!!! read more

Jobin Roofing is the best! I joked with them saying that my 1925 roof was their absolute favorite to do since there were 5 layers of tear off that were secretly hidden... They did such a wonderful job. Casey Jobin, one of the owners, personally inspected my roof on the outside as well as inside the attic. He was the only company who went into the attic, and I really appreciated that he took photos as well since I had never been up inside. The tear off went great despite the extra couple of layers. Their crew was on-time, showed up as scheduled and were friendly! My new roof looks so nice and totally compliments the colors of my house. They also have a great guarantee. They were awesome! read more

These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I can't saw how thankful I am. I have a new construction home, and through a series of storms found out the roof was not installed as well as it should have been. Luckily, Casey came out and was able to fix the skylight in the house, and took pictures of other problems he saw on the roof for an EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE and fair price. I was shocked, but thankful. I am already planning on calling them to take care of some other issues once rainy season in Portland is over. Honestly, I'm only calling Jobin from here on out for roofing needs. read more

Every aspect of our experience working with Jobin roofing was exceptional, from our first call forward. The staff was friendly and got us on the schedule for an estimate within days. I appreciate that the business is a local, family-owned enterprise, and we felt we were also treated as family. We were given a number of options to suit our individual needs. Other companies who came out to look at our roof for an estimate just glanced up at the roof and gave more of a one size fits all quote. Brendan Jobin did a careful and thorough inspection, including going into our attics to assess ventilation needs. Expressly because of that extra leg work, he was able to tailor the roof exactly to our needs; needs that the other companies could not and would not have addressed, based on their assessments. Furthermore, Brendan was gladly willing to let us perform the chimney removal or tear off portion of the roof and gave us various estimates based on how much of the work we performed ourselves. In the end we decided to have them do the whole project- and are so glad that we did. There was one small project that my partner undertook himself with instructions from Brendan- and Brendan even loaned us the tool to do it! The employees who did the actual roofing were friendly, courteous, tidy, prompt, and quick. The products that Jobin offered for the roof were of high quality and we ended up with a beautiful, precise roof that, in my opinion, is the nicest in the neighborhood. We recommend Jobin roofing without reservation, and indeed one of our closest friends just had his roof replaced by Jobin, with the same high regards for the work and service. Excellent company!! read more

We are thrilled with the work Jobin roofing did for us. We planned for two days and they tore it off, cleaned up and installed the whole roof in one day! They said this job was easy for them they do huge jobs and this was a nice break for the crew from all the steep pitched roofs with complicated facets. The place was so clean you cant even tell they were there. They went above and beyond what was expected. They noticed some venting issues where the previous owner tied the bathroom fans into the exhaust in attic, They fixed this problem by installing new stem vents for bathrooms and all new attic exhaust that matches beautifully. Now the attic can exhaust properly and probably save money with air conditioning as the attic was just a hot box with no venting. I own several rental properties and have hired roofers many times. By far Jobin roofing is the best value and quality in the portland vancouver area. I highly recommend them! read more

Jobin roofing performance is astonishing. They are professional, get the job done and clean-up every day. They did a complete tear off of my old roof. read more

We called with a roof leak and Casey came right out, did a full inspection, covered the roof to prevent any further leaking, and recommended a comprehensive fix instead of a bandaid (a very good idea). He came back with what he needed to perform the repairs and was done on time and right on budget. He also came out immediately another time when we thought we might have an unrelated leak elsewhere and was up on our roof in no time to confirm we had no other problems. Friendly, great service, and no financial surprises. read more

Great integrity, fair costs, great customer care, and excellent quality and communication. They inspected progress every day, and took care of even the most minor blemish. We lost about 10 shingles from our garage in the windstorm a couple of weeks ago - not a big job, but Jobin was right on it. I filled out a contact form on the weekend and they called me that Saturday afternoon. They weren't hesitant at all even though it was a small job, and Casey came and took a look on Tuesday. Got the proposal via email, signed it and he was back on Thursday. Great guys, great work. My roof will need to be redone in a few years and I now know who I'll be calling! read more

Brendan is exceptionally responsive. I highly recommend him and his team. These 2 brothers are growing a company that is built on high standards. Our new home suffered some damage after a five alarm fire destroyed a four-story condo behind our home. I called Casey Jobin to inspect our roof to see if it had been damaged. He checked out the roof and said it hadn't suffered fire damage but he spotted some installation problems which he repaired free of charge. If I needed a roof inspection, installation, or repair, I would call Casey Jobin. I give him my highest recommendation. read more

Brendan and Casey were awesome to work with. They were fast, responsive and did a wonderful job with the general repairs on our roof and the addition of gutter covers to our existing gutter system. The quote came in very competitive and the fact that they walked us through the scope of the work and were honest with us about what needed to be done on our roof. When we have to replace it, we will be going to Jobin Roofing to get the job done! read more

I called Jobin Roofing last week to get a quote for installing an attic fan (because holy hot as the temperature has been rising!) as well as replacing our gutters. I called late morning and they were able to have two people come to the house by 4:30pm that afternoon. They were both very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time on the roof inspecting the gutters as well as going into the attic to check things out from the inside. While on the roof they discovered that our chimney was not properly sealed and while in the attic saw that our bathroom and kitchen fans were not sealed properly. I received the quote 2 days later and scheduled for them to come back on the following week to install the attic fan, seal the kitchen and bathroom fans and put the flashings on the chimney. We are waiting on the gutters at this point, but their pricing was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Jobin Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof or gutters replaced or to go poke around in the attic to make sure everything is properly attached! read more

We had several roofing companies visit to provide bids. One of them stayed for almost 2 hours to give a page by page presentation of their products. One showed up and never returned with any bid. Cherry Roofing showed up. Their sale person was very professional. Their bid however, was too high. Casey Jobin showed up one evening. He was very professional and was very concise and specific with his explanation. He used the same quality product as other roofing companies that bidder for several thousands more. During the installation, he oversaw the entire process. His brother/partner was there as well to inspect the process to ensure all were done correctly. At the conclusion of the installation, he and his crew went around the home several time using a magnet on wheels to pick up any nails that fell off the roof. It is a great company that I would recommend anyone who is interested in asphalt roofing repair or installation. Before the Jobin installation, we had a site over a external patio cover that consistently leaked. He informed us of the problem and corrected the problem. Now it no longer leaks. read more
